I never believed I would be good enough to act, but -- thanks to Ralph -- I'm ready to go on auditions.

The teacher, Ashlee, is wonderful both with children and parents. Sure, it's technically a class…read morefor my ten month old daughter, but we leave feeling great too. After all, who wouldn't enjoy singing and dancing for an hour! Ashlee encourages you to listen to the music at home and gives you ideas and tips for creating a fun musical experience outside of class. Since we've had our little girl enrolled she's expressing herself musically. She dances, claps and wiggles away whenever she hears a tune. I picked up a toy drum and piano that regularly take a beating. It's amazing to see her grow! I wish the cost was a bit less. It seems that all children's classes are expensive, whether it's this one, Gymboree, My Gym etc. However, given the impact it's had on our family I do plan on registering for another series. It's worth it. We love this place!

Ashlee is an amazing teacher. My oldest child has Down…read moresyndrome and has been going to her class since she was 8 months old. I highly attribute her advanced development to this class, it is a great stimulation source for kids. My younger child (who doesn't have an extra chromosome) is learning a lot from it as well and they both LOVE this class. It's a great opportunity for my husband and I to bond with the kids, have a great time and exercise while at it. It really is one of my favorite hours of our week. There aren't enough good things to say about Ashlee and this program.

I cannot express how amazing this class truly is. It is definitely worth every penny. I knew…read morenothing about flowers going in, and only three days into it I have learned so much. Michael is a great talent. He makes it look so easy and teaches his expertise in simple understandable terms. I never dreamed I could learn so much and create beautiful arrangements in 3 days. I have 3 days to complete the Design Star class and am excited to learn more!

This review is only in reference to the beginner course of Miami School of Flower Design…read more Unfortunately I'm unable to continue with the more advanced classes because I'm moving. Miami School of Flower Design has been a great experience so far. Not only have we learned the very basics in floral design, including tips for lasting arrangements, American, European and bridal design, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised that we were also taught a bit about pricing and how to approach and sell to a client. I find this to be so incredibly important and helpful. The business side of any company or brand is what makes or breaks it and it was fantastic to get some of that insight. The con of the beginner course is that it's so fast. There are a total of 9 classes crammed into 9 hours, over 3 different days. It's very far from what you need to feel comfortable with what you've learned. Definitely takes A LOT of practice outside of class, and I would definitely recommend continuing the full course. It just doesn't seem like it's worth it to do only the beginner course. Your money will go further if you complete all the classes.

TLDR; DANGER ALERT…read more Let me start with I originally applied here to be a figure model on their website through an ad I found via Craigslist. I quickly applied through my phone during my lunch break and that was that. After I was contacted by someone (who was not even part of the studio) I went their website via my laptop and decided to do some research/scrounging to find out more about the studio. I quickly came to realize there is something very wrong with this "company." Many of the photos on the website are free stock photos and some are even stolen from other art studio websites (found via reverse image search.) I then uncovered that many of the paragraphs of text were ALSO copied from multiple other art programs/websites. Some blocks of text were slightly modified, others a complete copy and paste. The "representative" for the job application was very short, uninformative and sketchy. He sent a text, didn't introduce himself (I had to ask him his name further in our conversation to which he replied with Mike, nothing else.) When I asked about more info regarding the "studio" it was then that I found out he wasn't even affiliated with the "studio" and his job was only to "do interviews and take photographs." I asked my fiance to call the studio first to do some more investigating in case my number were to show up and they would become suspicious. No answer. I then decided later on I would try to call, no answer. Also, the voicemail was the default automated voice-mail accompanied with a very weird echo. Upon further research I also found that the address listed on the website (601 Brickell Key Dr., Miami, FL 33131) was also the same address on Googlemaps as a company called Park Jockey (https://www.parkjockey.com/miami) which has also received alarmingly bad reviews. There is no suite number listed on either the website for this "art studio" nor "parkjockey." My suggestion: STAY AWAY! EDIT: I've also now noticed the photo uploaded to this page says Brickell Key Arts with a different phone number than advertised on the www.brickellartstudio.com website. I then Googled Brickell Key Arts which only brought up a Facebook page. Upon looking at the Facebook page I noticed one of the photos uploaded had a different address once again, and the information portion of the Facebook page has ANOTHER address as well as website address. Upon visiting the www.Brickellkeyarts.com website it just shows under construction. I've uploaded the photos below showing a cropped section of the Facebook page and another photo found on their Facebook page. Soooo.... I think my point has been made. Sketchy as heck.
