I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really bothered me…read more The doctor was rude, dismissive, and not particularly good with kids. The most upsetting part was that she speculated that my daughter might be on the autism spectrum during the appointment and did so right in front of my daughter, without first talking to us privately as her parents. Whether those concerns are valid or not isn't the issue. Bringing up something that significant in front of a young child without any warning or discussion with the parents first felt incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. My daughter was visibly upset and confused afterward, and we were left trying to explain and reassure her. A pediatrician should know how to discuss sensitive topics with care. Instead, the conversation felt blunt and thoughtless. We left the appointment feeling frustrated, concerned, and disappointed. We will not be returning.

Our experience with this therapy provider was incredibly disappointing…read more From the beginning, scheduling was a struggle. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get an appointment, and our stated availability was repeatedly disregarded. When we finally secured a session, we were told the assigned therapist would be out for a week. Shortly after, we learned she had actually left the company entirely. We were then scheduled with Melissa the clinical manager. During that conversation, the provider recommended that the sessions take place at their facility. We clearly declined and explained that we wanted the initial session to occur in our home. After communicating that preference, the appointment was rescheduled. As parents, coordinating therapy appointments requires planning, adjusting work schedules, and arranging childcare. The repeated delays, staff turnover, poor communication, and last-minute scheduling changes showed a complete lack of respect for our time. What should have been a straightforward onboarding process turned into weeks of frustration. If reliability, organization, and communication are important to you, this was not our experience with this provider.

From the first time (evaluation) they were just so easy to work with, they were very clear about how long it would take for the referral process, to starting sessions. i have seen such a great improvement in my sons speech. I appreciate their patience with my son and with every child I have seen walk in . They communicate effectively and frequently to remind you of your appointment date and time. The front desk clerk I spoke to sounded very sweet and nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 STAR I thought I was going to have to wait like over a month or two for appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised they scheduled me for a week from today. AVAILABILITY TWO STARS I will update my rating once I go to my appointment. I can't give more stars until after my visit. Hoping for the best, because I, too, have had my share of negative experiences with other doctors, staff, facilities. [CONTINUED] So my appointment was today. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! My experience was amazing!! OFFICE ESTHETICS/CLEANLINESS - Immaculate! Office is super clean, the fact that it is esthetically pleasant to look at is a bonus. You wouldn't think it was nice from the inside when looking at the outside, but it is. WAIT TIME: AVERAGE (what I expected the wait time would be). I personally don't feel i waited long at all. With any appointment, there is going to be some wait time before you are called and once you are taken inside to be seen by the doctor, lets be realistic. Nothing to give a bad review over. Food for thought, anyone reading my review, maybe the doctor is seeing a patient before you and maybe the patient is asking questions that are taking time to answer. Clearly the doctor is taking the time to answer questions and is not rushing the appointment. Would'nt you want the same attention!? If I have to wait a little long before the doctor sees me, I personally don't mind. CUSTOMER SERVICE: still very satisfied with the level of service i received in person. Lynette was absolutely amazing! Super duper mega nice!!!! So sweet and i just felt so comfortable, i felt like I was talking to a friend. ...and finally EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I LOVE DR. AVANESSIAN!!!!! Finally, I found an amazing doctor!!! Whew. She was so lovely and nice and professional. Super helpful, did not rush me out of the office (I HATE WHEN DOCTOR'S DO THAT) She answered all my health questions and concerns, she put me at ease and I left her practice feeling so good and taken care of. She treated me like a patient that matters to her. Sorry if the person after me had to wait a little longer for the doctor, but trust me a little wait is worth it. THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNERS, HANDS DOWN!!! It's sucks when bad reviews interfere with your decision making, but if it's only a couple of bad reviews, you should just give it a chance and see for yourself. I usually steer clear when the majority of reviews are bad. That can't be good. LOL. Anyway, I'm so happy with Dr. Avanessian :). I hope your experience is as awesome as mine was. TOODLES!!!

Marilen and Jeff were my first therapists for my carpal tunnel a year ago. Always warm and kind and still check in on me to this day! Elijah has been my physical therapist of late for the various comorbidities I have been battling. His care has been exceptional. He has rehabilitated me, majorly, in a way that has been life changing for me. His implicit understanding of the seemingly peculiar maladies that have been ailing me, conditions that have beguiled many "specialists" over the years, is astounding. His single mindedness, patience and ability to apply targeted stellar techniques has made my purportedly complex unsolvable health crisis solvable. True expertise as far as I am concerned.
