They spoke to a supervisor at the restaurant and claimed they could not give me the food, but they would refund me. The refund never came, so I called the restaurant, they had me leave a message, then they never called back. It's pretty much the opposite of dine and ditch. I paid, i got nothing, and they still have not refunded my money. Update: The owner called me and thanked me for the one-star review. This was not a surprise because, if you look at the previous one-star reviews, you will see a history of combativeness and customers complaining of harassing messages after reviews. He claims his system cannot give refunds, he can only give refunds in person, in cash or store credit. He can see my location on here, so he knows I live too far away to go in-store for a refund. If you are ordering online, please keep this in mind. If you investigate their Yelp further, you will see many favorable reviews hidden, which means the system is flagging suspicious behavior. It has that old-school neighborhood butcher shop energy but without feeling intimidating or pretentious.
