Horrible service. Super slow. Horrible quality. Bad vibes. RACIST!!!!! I walked in, they told me five minute wait when there was only one person in there getting their nails done and there were four workers. five minutes later and there's two people getting their nails done now when I was standing right there. They told me 15 more minutes and then another woman walks in and they take her. They let three people go in front of me. I was waiting for over an hour. So if you're black, don't go here. read more

so i have been going there for 2 years now and nancy did my nails but for the last 2 visits i have been told she is on vacation and the guy doing the nails does not do them right and they fall of or break really quick and the quality is not good i will not return till nancy returns read more

Mi Nails is the only place I go for artificial nails. Nancy is meticulous with her work and she is the only one onsite who does them so you will never be bounced around to random other people. She is hygienic and polite. You will have to make an appointment but that's with any good nail tech. If you want to walk in on a whim, this is not the place for you. read more

I made the mistake of not asking the nail tech to avoid injuring my foot during my pedicure. Didn't think I'd need to, but here we are. It has been over a week and it still hurts to walk. But it's really on me for not specifying that I didn't want my foot broken. read more

Went to get nails filled and it don't even look like I had them filled. Not happy definitely won't be back again read more

Mi Nails & Spa - Waxing Near Me - Elmira, New York

Good service. LOVE the people. They take their time, friendly and affordable! I recommend this place to everyone.

Big mistake. Not impressed. No time taken to do a good job. Polish barely covers my nail. She stuck the wand into the polish once for 4 nails. Not a good service at all. read more

This place "looks legit" but I'd never been there. For the 2 hours, I was there--not one other client. I sit down after my pedicure to get my manicure and after filing and taking off polish she stops abruptly and asks for payment. I had not voiced any dissatisfaction--in fact, I said nothing as they didn't speak much English. But out of the blue--in mid-service, she asks for payment! RACIST much??? Too many "white" ladies come and leave unsatisfied and you categorically put me in that group because of my skin??? IDK but this was discrimination. Do NOT support what appears to be a very racist business. And NOT friendly at all--rude..she YELLED at me when I misunderstood her (in my shock!) I left as fast as I could. Terrible manicure. Trashy atmosphere overall. read more

Stars: 3.5 I needed a new place for my nails and this place is close to my house, convenient. Actually, there are a ton by my house but I'm testing the waters on all of them! Typical look of a nail salon, lots of mani/pedi stations. I went in around 5:30 with no appointment, it wasn't very busy so they were able to get me in right away. I always appreciate that! The prices are fair and there are different types of spa pedicures you decide on. The normal pedicure is $25, French is $30. I went with one of the spa pedicures with the 5-minute massage for about $30. There is a decent amount of colors to choose from along the wall, I'm indecisive as it is so too many choices can be my downfall! Pedicure was comfortable, she wasn't too rough and when I wanted them cut down more she had no problem even though she had already filed them. The massage part was one of my favorites; what I enjoyed is that she put on a timer for 5 minutes so it's not cheating time. I feel like I've been to places that say they do 5-10 minute massages and it always goes by a lot faster then anticipated. I got the hot wax on my heels to smooth them out and they are baby soft now! I would definitely come back for a pedicure, staff was nice and it wasn't overly crowded. read more

This was easily the work experience of my life, I came to get a basic pedicure and the whole process took 10 minutes max, my entire pedicure was half assed, file was not even straight or close to what I asked for, and nail tech did not use the callus scrubber more than 4 seconds in each foot. My polish would look better if a 6 year old did it. Also, very unsanitary, nail tech wore the same gloves on me as his previous client, there was no sanitary wrapping in the foot bath. read more

I enjoy having my pedicures here. Every thing is sterilized and the people are friendly. I have never had a wait.

Do not go there. Worst service, worst attitude, worst results. They do not speak English or comprehend English. If you speak Mandarin and able to communicate with them, then enter at your own risk. read more

I have only been to Mi Nails twice: Once some years ago and again two months ago. Both times they destroyed, repeat, destroyed my nails! They filled my acrylic nails and not only didn't smooth down the old nail, but somehow managed to introduce fungus on multiple nails! I have had acrylics for over ten years and never had this problem except at this salon. The damage is so bad that my nails have not grown at all in over two months. In addition, I can't wear polish to hide the visible damage to my nails or get acrylics according to my doctor because it will only exacerbate the the damage. Please don't make my mistake. I wish I hadn't given them a second chance! read more
