This was by far the worst service I have ever received. Me and my soon to be sisters-in-law went here for a girls day on our vacation. I do not live in town, I am over 4 hours from this salon. Danielle (long red hair and glasses) I believe her name is completely ruined my hair. I went in asking for a subtle balayage and provided a picture. My hair has been heavily highlighted blonde for the past year and my natural dark brown roots grew out an inch or so. I asked/showed the stylist the picture and she insisted we bleach my roots then put the brown back onto my roots because it gives it depth. I thought how bizarre but ok. My hair is naturally a 4 or 5 and she put a 7 which did not take. Mind you my roots were bright orange once she was done with the bleach. She then puts a 5 on the sides of my head at the roots and leaves the top. I insisted she put the dark back on my roots at the top of my head as I didn't want to look like a skunk and I don't know what she was envisioning! That didn't take fully either, but Danielle played it off like it looked great. I then asked her to TRIM my hair and she utterly botched it. She had me turned away from the mirror 90% of the time so I could not see what she was doing. She kept cutting and cutting after I told her to stop taking off the length. My hair is naturally curly, frizzy and very thick. I look horrible! She then tried to say we should bob it! I have an important weekend planned and I can't feel confident with how bad my hair looks. My hair takes FOREVER to grow. She did not seem like she wanted to continue to fix it and honestly I don't think she could. I sat in the chair for 7 hours!! My hair was just past my shoulders... how is that even possible!? I caught her closing her eyes while she was cutting my hair as if she was falling asleep. I will call and speak to the owner for a refund!! You ruined my hair and my vacation. She also cut my sister-in-laws hair and did a horrible job. She will be complaining as well. I will submit pictures of my haircut and my scalp that she chemically burned! There was also hair dye left at the bast of my roots in the back... horrible. The owner insisted I come in for her to fix my hair. I restated that I DO NOT live in town and am over 4 hours away. She said the only way to fix it was for her to look at my hair. She denied refunding my money as Andrea is an independent contractor... the payment went through the salon to Andrea. Someone needs to make this right and give me my money back, it is unethical how this salon operates. Clearly the customer is not right even when they provide pictures of the horrible work. I went to another stylist and she was amazed at what Andrea did to my hair and that they even charged me for it! It's going to cost me a hefty penny, more time in the chair and time off work to fix this mess!! Never go here. read more

I had the worst hair experience here. I went with my soon to be sister in law and our hair was both done by Andrea. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to be, meduim length with layers in the back, face framing layers and angled bangs. She didn't know how to layer properly at all! In the back, it just became random cuts of hair and I asked her several times to make sure the layers were there and she said yes. Then I asked her to do face framing layers in the front and she said she would. I asked several times and all she did was cut more in the back. Then when it came to my bangs she cut it all the same length and I kept on asking her to angle the bangs because I normally do a side sweep. She didn't at all, it was all one length. I'm finding random spots on my head which was cut unevenly. I could have cut my hair short myself and then randomly snipped parts of hair and it would have looked better. I had just a terrible experience with my sister in law which took up all of our day together. We will not be coming back! read more
