Great great service! We got a lot: a couple bean and cheese, potato and egg, bacon and potato, and a couple other things with salsa verde and YUM everything was great! We went through the drive thru and service wasn't super speedy but we don't mind waiting an extra minute for great food! read more

A lot can happen in four years, which was the amount of time that surpassed between the first time I came here and my visit the other day. The approximately $4 increase in menu prices notwithstanding, Mi Molcasalsa is still muy delicioso. Here's an excerpt from the review I wrote in 2018: "I went with the No. 20, the adobada plate. Anchored by thinly-sliced, well-seasoned strips of pork, the dish is complemented by generous, delicioso helpings of arroz (rice), frijoles fritos (refried beans), and ensalada (salad) ... Every bite and spoonful was Heaven! Safe to say that adobada is one of the reasons why taquerias tend to be better than their chain counterparts i.e. Gringo's." I'm happy to report that the adobada plate still amazes me. I was stuffed halfway working through it. The COVID-19 pandemic caused many small businesses to close their doors permanently, but thankfully Mi Molcasalsa survived those dark times. read more

We waited on our food for over 45 minutes and when paying, they refused to give me my change back and said they could not open the register.

This is an AMAZING food experience. I am a red sauce breakfast burrito connoisseur. My daughter loves green sauce and raves about it as well! It's worth the short drive/trip! read more

I went to the drive up window. I ordered a chicken quesadilla extra green salsa. They were super fast the food is super good. But they gave me one two oz cup of salsa. I'll pay for extra. I got home and I was deflated. Good food I recommend going inside and check on your order before you leave. Very nice staff. read more

I enjoyed the food. Especially the salsa they give with the tortilla chips. You will get your moneys worth. Only bad part is no beer. Waaaaaa. Good food anyway read more

I have visited this place many times because I love a drive through. Super clean, super nice people. The food to me is just average. We have had breakfast burritos which were good, I like the caldo. Cheese Enchiladas would never order again. Super small and the cheese was weird like liquid. If I am going to eat cheese enchiladas I want them filled with great cheese, chili gravy etc. beans ok, rice-no. Tortillas good. I will still get soup and other things from here. I am grateful they are in our town. read more

Food & Service was great. We were in town for some car repairs and I don't regret stopping here.

The best place in this town HANDS DOWN Food was amazing i highly recommend. The service was fantastic as well

Tried this place for the first time today. Staff was very nice. We went through the drive thru to grab a couple tacos. I just suggest checking your order! I ordered a barbacoa taco and another with potato, chorizo, bacon and cheese and emphasized NO EGG. Well, it came out quick but there was no chorizo and they added egg. So they happily fixed it for me but I didn't check it again and when I got home I realized that didn't add the cheese. Not a deal breaker but they should be more careful when making orders. The barbacoa was yummy but very greasy. I'm not sure how I feel about them using french fries for the potatoes in my taco but overall it was good. Will probably try it again! read more

Mi Molcasalsa - Barbacoa on flour with cilantro and cebolla. Chorizo, potato and bacon on flour (missing cheese.) - Mexican Near Me - Hitchcock, Texas

Quick service and friendly staff, this is my go to spot for my lunch break. There is a drive thru, but I like going inside and hanging out while I wait to take my stuff to go. The inside area is extremely clean & there's plenty of space if you want to eat in. My only issue has been them forgetting to do no tomatoes or no sour cream, simple stuff like that. Super Fries are my favorite! read more

I will never return you can see why. This hamburger has not had anything removed this is exactly how I just got it. It cost me 20.02 you tell me if it's worth it. read more

This restaurant charged me $111 for three tacos. When I mentioned it...they said it's happened before. They wouldn't give me my money back! They scam people. I've got the receipt evidence and a fraud team is already investigating. Buyer beware! read more

The worst tacos ever! If you go, don't get carne asada tacos, they have zero flavor! On my life, so nasty. Then they forgot my beans and rice smh didn't give me what I paid for. I'm so upset because I'm a fatty, and I love tacos and this is a disgrace to tacos honestly! I'm not even Hispanic and I can make better tacos than them! Y'all please! This place sucks read more

I had a beef tostada and a bean and cheese burrito. It was all excellent and filled me up nicely. I will definitely be back!

So happy to find this place!! Being from San Diego it's been really hard to find a "taco shop." This place had everything I missed and love about San Diego Mexican food. We got a couple burritos so we could try a few things. I had to get a Bean & Cheese burrito with sour cream, grew on 'em, it was a little smaller than the ones back home but it was good and as close to home as I've had! The Carne Asada burrito was good too, I thought it had good flavor. Can't wait to try carne asada fries!! Best drinking food haha we also got a bacon breakfast burrito, which was yummy. Salsa were good, not a lot of heat but again closest to home I've had. Also, it's a drive thru!!! I misses drive thru taco shops so much!! We'll be back for sure! If you're from Cali, this is as close to home as you're gonna find, Cali burrito, Carne mmmmmm read more

We absolutely loved this place. The food is very good and authentic. I had the beef tacos and they were not stingy with the beef and fillings. The wife had the enchiladas and she loved them. No wait and food came out rather quickly. The place was very clean, tables were spaced out nicely, and the staff was super friendly. I believe we found a new little place for tacos. Side note, the have a drive through window! read more

I ordered thru door dash. I got the pollo asada plate and carne asada tacos. Soooo delicious. Salsa had some heat to it and was so good! Will definitely be eating here again and coming in for dinner. I was denied a refund the guy tried to say it was rice!?!? Please hesitate to come here Side note: what my husdband see in the men's rr. I kid you fucking not! I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of pictures they have on their wall where each menu was simply put together on top of a styrofoam plate. But i came here with a mindset that their food must be good because yelp review indicates that. So I ordered Beef burrito and quesadilla plate, plus 2 pastol tacos. Honestly the presentation of their food that they brought on the table was a lot better than the picture they put on the wall, they use ceramic plate with heavy metal utensils, not styrofoam/flimzy plastic utensils. Regarding the flavor of the food.. I think it was one of the best mexican food I've had by far! They also had empanadas on display that I wantes to buy, they said it is no longer fresh so they are not for sale anymore. Guys, I really appreciate good food and honesty!! therefore this place deserves 5 stars from me! btw, you can order their tamales in advance too, they said it is $14.99 for a dozen of big tamales. I will try it next time I visit Galveston again. read more

I'm sorry but no! Tortillas are good, but the rest of the food is just my younger sister trying to cook for the first time! Soup was, just boiled water with some vegetables. Sorry but 4-1/2 stars? no way!!! read more

This place is killing it. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Awesome value for a place for the whole family.

Nothing fancy, just good Mexican food. Staff is always friendly & the service is always prompt. Don't skip the carne asada tacos!

This is one of the best Mexican food places in town. Today was my first time stopping in. The place was very clean and had a friendly/welcoming environment. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and it was very good. I would compare this to a taco shop in San Diego CA because it is almost that good. I only wish they were 24 hours like the ones in SD. I will be back to try the other items. I would recommend thus place to anyone looking for a good quality taco shop. read more

Oh my word. They're crispy tacos are AMAZING!!! I havent found a good crispy taco since Taco Shack in Austin. I come here during lunch since it's 5-10min away. It's a small mom and pop restaurant and they work hard to please their customers. Keep it up Mi Molcasalsa! read more

Favorite weekend breakfast spot. Excellent breakfast burrito and Mexican coke to cure the hangover.

Had their bean tostados. Very good. Plentiful amount of toppings. Drive thru service was very prompt and friendly. The only disappointment was the price. Over $7 for 2 bean tostadas. NO MEAT. Over priced. Do NOT go by menu prices on Yelp's site. NOT accurate..Can get equally delicious tostadas elsewhere for less. I will probably try something else next time to see if I can get more for the money. read more

Very authentic, delicious tacos. The carnitas are to die for! I eat here regularly and am never disappointed.

This place is a complete rip off. They charge an insane amount for rolled tacos and there was no meat in them. I told them about the problem and instead of fixing it, the old woman made excuses as to why there was no meat in TACOS. The hipo burrito was full of fatty carne guisada. The woman actually got in my face like she was going to hit me . I wouldn't recommend this piece of shit place to my worst enemies. If you want good Mexican food, just go down the road to El Valle. This place is complete trash. read more

Got the rolled tacos and they put little to no meat in them I might as well just order a fried tortilla because thats what they gave me. I will not be coming back here. read more

Best tacos in Galveston County. The place is clean, the employees are friendly, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I brought my picky 14 year old here thinking I was going to order her a beef taco and listen to her complain. But no, she ordered the beef burrito plate and gobbled up a burrito, rice and beans. She won't even eat my beans! She wrapped up the second burrito to go. We will be back! read more
