My wet burrito was a medley of traditional Mexican flavors served with a side of perfectly-cooked Mexican rice. I asked to sub fajita veggies for meat and they accommodated with no problem. While most people go crazy for cheese, I gotta admit the red sauce on the burrito was the star in my opinion. My husband got the molcajete and it was bubbling hot with cuts of steak, chicken, and shrimp cooked alongside onions and peppers topped with a mound of cheese. It could easily feed 2 people! Creative: Like any Mexican restaurant, they find creative ways to appeal to gringos. In this case, it's through their drink menu.
