He gave us an invoice of over $1500 of service and $1500 for storage - storage of parts that he didn't fix and, again, completely inoperable at the time I spoke to him about it. While telling him how ridiculous this was in his office (I was raising my voice at this point-we had been getting the run around for over 3 months), he went to his desk and cocked a gun. Tried to talk to one of the fork lift persons he was very rude . Told me I was first on the waiting list and then said i was number 30 . Had some space but said it was to hard on his equipment to lift my boat to higher rack as I used my boat to much. Very misleading person . Worst customer service I have ever seen . One of the operators was ok but the other was will I will leave with that. They are a little cheaper than most in the area but I guess you get what you pay for. We had planned to haul out in a few months for blister repair and bottom paint, after observing we decided we found our place. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and impeccable communication. Great pool and bath house, laundry, floating docks, dog park across the street, with instacart and walmart delivery options. Great short ride to Yorktown via dinghy to enjoy the free hop on and off trolly tour. Can't say enough great things about this place we will defiently return.

There are a couple of beautiful flower gardens, not to mention the marina is nestled in a placid area surrounded by large trees. The entire marina is pristinely manicured. They have a full working service yard and haul out. The ship store is stocked with a wide variety of boater's needs. We are on the great loop and needed a repair to our bow thruster, the marina was happy to work us in even though they were booked through July! So much to do close by, Uber does pick up from here and food can be delivered. If you get the chance this is a great place to stay.
