I called because my tracking number kept saying it was invalid. The girl very rudely said I need…read moreto call back in 15 minutes because she has a line out to the door. I asked if I call back in 15 minutes is she for sure going to be able to help me? She said there was no guarantee. I asked her if there was someone else I can talk to and she said she was by herself. IMO if you are that busy and can't help those that call in, then why answer the phone at all? or maybe call the supervisor/owner to let them know you are alone? I am not going to drive all the way there just to wait in line so you can tell me there is nothing you can do when a quick answer to my question would have sufficed. #UPSPleasantonGetItTogether
