Betty was quick to respond to my emails and texts from providing a quote, sending the invoice to…read morecoordinating our ride. They didn't nickel and dime us for adding an extra stop like the other car service companies were. Making a payment was seamless as well (20% down and full payment 2 days before scheduled service). My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. Thank you Top Tier Chauffer services. Betty and Kae, thank you for making our ride experience a memorable one! I highly recommend Top Tier if you are looking for a safe and trustworthy car service. Hands down best service and rates in Houston!

We needed transportation not only for the night of the wedding but also for the grandparents the night before. This was from Spring, TX to Magnolia, TX. He was so accomodating and wanted to ensure that his driver would take care of them since they (grandparents) were being picked up from an assisted living complex. Jesse (driver) was also great to work with and took great care of our parents. He was very professional and very polite as well. I do not recommend this car service. Communication was completely nonexistent. When we landed at…read morethe airport, no one was there to pick us up and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. Every call went straight to voicemail, and the only response we received was a text from the driver saying they would call us later -- even though the service had already been paid for. We were left waiting at the airport for about 30 minutes with no updates or reassurance. When the driver finally arrived, the experience did not improve. They were unprofessional and drove very unsafely, nearly hitting several cars. Multiple other drivers were honking because he was cutting them off. Overall, the lack of communication, reliability, and safety made this a very stressful experience. I would not use this service again.
