He called me a few days before the party to gather details about what I was looking for and executed my shot list perfectly. He was polite, friendly, on time and best of all has a great eye for catching special moments. Guy was also really good at gathering groups together, kind of had the personality of a good MC. We were here for a family photo and most people seemed fine with the shoot so I can't give them a…read morestraight 0. I guess Yelp is stopping me anyway. The staff were great the day of the shoot. However we took multiple shots and after processing, people looked ridiculous. I understand that I'm not photogenic but they literally photoshopped my face differently in each picture. Not exaggerating I look like a new species of alien in 10-15 pictures of the entire set. The rest of my family looks fine so I doubt they care much but these photos were entirely unusable. I would rather look ugly but human instead of like I'm in a rotating sideshow mirror from a traveling circus. I don't understand how someone looked at my face and decided "anything but the original is better" every time they looked at a new photo but didn't keep the photoshop (which took months) consistent. I have since used my own warped face as memes and my own sticker set. It's comical. They insisted they would do a good job of inserting the people who were absent into the photos. Everyone has different shapes and sizes. Hire someone with actual experience. I feel like they should give us a refund with interest. Then again, the pictures are hilarious so maybe I'm paying for entertainment and not actual photos.

I can't stress how important it is to like more than just the quality of the product that your wedding vendors provide, but also like the wedding vendor herself/himself - especially your wedding photographer who will be with you through all the excitement, inevitable stress, and happiness of the day. Natasha is the kind of person who puts the mind at ease - she doesn't add to the stress of a wedding, but instead actually diffused it for me. Her bubbly and genuinely caring personality is a rare find, if you asked me. Couple that with the quality of Natasha's photos and I would say she'd go unmatched in the industry. During our engagement photo shoot (which Natasha does to get a couple comfortable with being photographed by her in advance of the wedding), there were so many laughs which made for heartwarming shots, and there were also photographs which only someone with vision could capture. Natasha turned a small pond into what appeared to be a great lake with the angles and lenses that she used. She also wasn't afraid to do anything to get the perfect shot. We were out at Jamaica Bay in a swampy area and a giant centipede nearly crawled up Natasha's face. There were some screams and giggles, but Natasha carried on doing what she loves. Natasha and I met in advance right before our wedding to discuss all the details and review a questionnaire she distributes to all her clients so they can indicate what's important, what family sensitivities might exist, etc. She really goes the extra mile and it totally shows once you receive the final product! For our Hindu wedding, every single detail was captured in the most natural element, every step in the rituals so poetically documented through Natasha's photos - including my tearful eyes. For our reception, the photos were romantic but also so much fun and spontaneous-looking! Natasha stayed even as most of the guests had left - ensuring that she captured the most hilarious and action-packed shots on the dance floor. I cannot thank Natasha enough for being our wedding photographer and for her continued friendship even after our big week had come to a close. If you want top quality, creative, candid, funny, romantic, evocative, emotional, visionary wedding photos, consider Natasha. You will not regret it. Summary: Natasha and her assistant have been unprofessional and ghosted me without completing…read moredelivery of her contract. Poorly edited photos that just have filters on them that focus on everyone but the bride. I would not recommend her. For the past 7 months, we have been contacting Natasha regarding our photos from our wedding events consistently. She has barely responded and when she has, it has been with false promises of yet another deadline. As of March 29, our contract stated that all photos were due, possibly including prints included in our package. We were, prior to this, in contact with her assistant and were assured that we would be able to have our photos no later than 3/29. The date passed and we followed up with no reply from the assistant. Then, 2 months passed and out of desperation, I reached out to my makeup artist from my wedding who is friends with Natasha. She called and Natasha didn't respond. We had exhausted all avenues at that point, including calling Natasha. Her assistant eventually responded to 2 of our emails and then ghosted us again. In addition to that, Natasha (likely due to poorly managed time) barely got any shots of me, the bride, as I was getting ready. Meanwhile, our folders are flooded with pictures of my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who, while I adore them, are not the focal point of this wedding. She was charismatic and a great photographer to be around but the part of her pitch that says she stays with the bride the entire time is untrue. Or at least it was for me. I'm so disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated throughout the process and feel she takes advantage of my kindness. If you choose to book with her, you will get a charismatic photographer who will laugh with you and cry with you, but will not respond to you, will ghost you, and may prioritize taking photos of others instead of the bride. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend working with Natasha. I made a mistake booking her and now photos are missing from the biggest event of my life and the photos I do have are subpar both in the kinds of photos taken and the editing.

I did, even though we got screwed, we received our album but as for our wedding video they gave us back the raw footage which was all poorly done (blurry) and are on small cassette tapes like back in the old days which is not what we paid for. He lied at the beginning for not having it but on the last court day it magically appeared. So please take this step and don't let them get away with this. Horrible business. Wedding was June 7th. We paid $2500 for a photographer and photo booth. Day of…read morewedding photo booth never arrived. Jeff than tried to tell us we never paid for it and it wasn't in the contract. After back and forth he agreed to give us back $500 dollars out of the $700 we paid for photo booth. It's now July 10th we have yet to get our refund or our wedding pictures. We called Jeff numerous times and left messages. When were able to speak to him he always claims he'll call us back. Yet never does. Stay away. Save yourself aggravation and headaches. July 25th. Still no refunds or photos despite Jeff telling us week after week he'll have it. Very irresponsible business practices. It is now July 1st. We are one year past our wedding anniversary and still no photo album. For the past three months all we get is."it's on the way from the publisher." Or "it's their fault for the delay" Stay as far away as possible from them. I'm gonna pursue legal action against them. F them and their shady business.
