We ordered a variety of traditional foods and shared, to get to try more of their options. I know when you're traveling in Paris, you only have a limited number of meals and you don't wanna waste one. This is worth it!

I suspect the waitress dropped the knife as she was passing behind my back. She was non-apologetic and extremely aggressive and rude. Arguing that she did not know where the knife was coming from?! This should not have been her first reaction. I have to assume that somehow she lost the knife from a plate. She kept arguing with me when I pointed out that she should have shown some concerns and simply apologize. She initially did not. Eventually she came to her senses and finally somehow gave a fake apology. We left the premises without eating anything. The atmosphere was dark and kind of depressed. I have to assume that the owner must have been away. Quand le chat n'est pas la, les Souris dansent.

The food was delicious those beignets were to die for and after when we got our dessert the owner gave us a cup of typical tea that was marvellous and so fragrant. We will definatelly come back here when in Paris, super affordable and great food.

I saw it on the menu so decided to give this place a try. It was only one metro stop from the apartment we were staying at. We want to sit a pet a table towards a corner but were told we couldn't in case the restaurant filled up. There were 2 other couples there. No big deal We ordered a Bordeaux and beer... They only had Lebanese brands of both so we figured we'd give it a try. They were tasty! We split falafel which were amazing, hummus, and hallubi cheese (grilled). I liked it but my husband said it lacked flavor. I ordered the chicken takori which was very tasty. The menu stated that it would include one side but I was charged separately for the hummus. When my husband went to order his beef scharawma, they told him sorry, but they didn't make it today. He was a bit disappointed but just split the chicken I had ordered with me, The food was pretty good but not more than a 3 star restaurant.

They have just about any Lebanese dish you could think of, except for sfiha (Lebanese flatbread with various toppings). After being seated I ordered a mixed skewer plate and kibbeh. Mixed Skewer Plate (18 euros) - This came with kafta kabob (spiced ground beef), boneless chicken kabob, lamb kabob, shirazi salad, eggplant, hummus, and some pita bread. Each of the grilled kabobs was so flavorful and juicy. My favorite was the juicy and flavorful kafta kabob. The shirazi salad was fresh while the hummus and eggplant dips were just middle of the road. The pita bread served here is the store bought variety. Kibbeh ($9) - I always enjoy these fried football shaped croquettes, and the ones here didn't disappoint in terms of taste and consistency. The outer shell is made of bulgur wheat while the inside consists of a spiced minced meat. Overall the food tasted great, however the size of everything here is about 30% less than what I would have expected. The kabobs are so much smaller as are the kibbeh compared to portions in the U.S.. Bottled water is about 6 euros, so be sure to ask for tap water instead. This place is on the pricier side, however it's a great place to get one's Lebanese fix. All the food served here is halal.

The management and waiter were extremely nice. After we perused the menu we noticed that they the pre-fix menu a "mezza plate" for 18€ not bad. It also came with tea. 3 of our friends opted for this pre-fix, while I got the 28€ mezza, so we could all see the difference, and also share what the lesser one did not have. The difference was basically I got one additional appetizer, a fresh curd cheese, and more skewered meats. The appetizer mezza plate was beautiful. When he first served my dish I asked if it was for all of us to share, and he said no it was mine. I was pretty shocked at the quantity, and we had 2 more courses coming. Then 3 other plates came and it was almost just as large filled with tabouleh, houmus, kefta, fallafel, chesses, and a salad... It was was really good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but good. Then our main dishes came, and we had skewered meats of beef, lamb and chicken. They were a little bit on the dry side, so I asked if he had some tzaziki, he said that's greek/turkish, oops. But he went back to the kitchen and within 3-minutes came out with his version of tzazki and it was delicious. We used it to moistened our meats. Next came ta variety of Lebanese desserts laden with honey and mint tea. All-in-all a great neighborhood restaurant, not fancy, not exceptional, but very good basic Lebanese food and very reasonably priced.
