Honestly, he helped keep me on track with all of the planning besides his own responsibilities. He made sure I had everything else lined up as well, which was really appreciated. Not only did he keep the music going all night but he also did tons of background work to make sure everything ran smoothly. He coordinated with the photographer and caterer to make the entire event run seamlessly. We had to swap out decorations in between the ceremony and receptions because it was held at the same venue and he even helped with that! I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service. He was worth every penny. All of his equipment is very high quality and most if it is wireless, which affords him a lot of flexibility to equipment location. He is very familiar with all of the equipment. Not once was there any feedback from any of the microphones or complaints about the sound being too soft or loud. The music always flowed well from one song into the next, which kept the dance floor full and active. That is not just my opinion. He was also complemented by several guests across all aspects of his work, lighting, music, coordination and general helpfulness. If I have missed something, it is safe to say that he also did that exceedingly well too. My only regret is not getting these reviews done sooner. He really does deserve it!

I've been to a few events at the Halls of St. George, and while the events themselves are always…read morenice, the food is a total disaster. Every single family-style meal I've had here has had the same problem: not enough food to go around. People at my table didn't even get their first plate before the kitchen was "out of food." How does that even happen at a banquet hall? And what they brought out as a replacement was a joke--boxed frozen fried shrimp and French fries. Seriously, it felt like they raided a freezer aisle and hoped no one would notice. The guy at the table next to us was allergic to seafood, so all he got to eat was fries. That's beyond unacceptable. If I were the chef, I'd be embarrassed to send people home hungry. I actually had to stop at White Castle on the way home because this place couldn't provide a proper meal. Bottom line: nice venue, but if you actually care about feeding your guests, look somewhere else.

The dessert table was set out so early that that the guests ended up eating them as an appetizer since the real appetizers were no where to be found. We paid for the hall to set up the desserts but my wife ended up rearranging it to look presentable anyway. Should have just kept our money on that. The kitchen did bring out a small amount of random appetizers they somehow found in the kitchen to try to make up for it once they were informed our appetizers had not been served. We originally ordered enough appetizers for everyone to get some so when the replacement appetizers came out, not all of our 135 guests were able to receive one. They did get a plumber out quickly to address the bathroom situation, however, our guests had to endure the mess which ruined some of their dresses. The bartenders were not consistent. One said they were out of something then you went to the other one and they had it a moment later. We paid a required fee for a security guard and saw him for maybe an hour of the reception. The positives: My compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. The chicken and potatoes plated meal was amazing and our guests agreed. The weather was beautiful so we were thankfully able to have our ceremony at the gazebo as planned. The managers answered our questions promptly. They did apologize for the issues we had and that was appreciated, however, did not offer to refund any money and it does not change our experience.

The high school aged staff meet the expectations of high schoolers running the counter at a funflatables, and the price point is great (not having to pay for adults is completely logical to me). The complete lack of supervision on the inflatables was actually a high point, as the 15 kids in the room were not jerks, and they all seemed to be having a blast together. Had the place been overrun with unsupervised pushy kids, I might have a different opinion on the lack of lifeguards in the 'pool'. Parental attentiveness can make or break the experience for everybody there. This was an affordable and memorable great time for my kids, and therefore by me as well. We will be back.

I understand the concept but the place looks thrown together with slowly deflating bounce centers and random massage chairs just there. The toddler area (6 and under) doesn't give much of anything either - a small bounce house and 2 Little Tike slides. Again you get what you pay for bc open play is only $12. My toddler boy and I were there for 15min tops before leaving. No offense to those that frequent with their children bc there's obviously some that do enjoy it but when it comes to indoor family entertainment, I look at cleanliness, what they offer, concession and all. Just not my cup of tea for what I want my family to experience.
