How many excuses can office personnel to have crap service. Never answer the phone, days for…read moredoctors to get messages or they never get them. When we went to get my mother's medical records to find a better place you won't believe these excuses. We could only get 2 1/2 years of records because they don't have a lot of toner for the printer. They could not fax it to new doctor because fax machine was broken. They had an excuse for everything. Excuses are made for you, they don't help me at all. It's 2025 they don't have good enough programs to just email it or download to an email. They are in prehistoric times evidently in their office and can't seem to be able to help you period. My mother is loosing her eyesight because of the lack of communication in that office

I had a good experience as far as the exam and the help I got picking frames my insurance covers…read morenot super expensive ones. the problem I had was I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one for computer and the other everyday glasses for reading and driving. The computer glasses are great the other pair is messed up. seems they put the wrong lense on each side and they are useless. I was very sick last year with chronic illnesses and never got back there to have them fixed. We live closer to the one in Inverness but had bad experiences there. This is who our senior insurance covers.
