Outdated equipment. Took my eyeglasses into another room to "check them"? Handed them back and charged me hundreds of dollars for that. Very expensive. Cost us (husband and I) even with our insurance. read more

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. From the receptionist to the eye doctor not very friendly. This was my first visit, and the eye doctor didn't ask about history. I had to tell her that macular degeneration is present in my family. Just didn't feel like I got a good exam by a professional eye doctor. read more

The Dr has zero bed side manner. Not interested in any of my concerns and just wants to use the machines to check my vision and get me out of there. On top of that, she wrote down the wrong eyeglass prescription and when I had to come back in to get my vision checked her response was "I guess your eyes were different that day" read more

Great place for great service, great prices (including insurance help!) and products (contacts and glasses). Great follow up service too. Moving to the area from a bigger city which has nothing but over crowded loud with very long wait times at optical places, coming here to this quaint quiet boutique like eye glass optical business was amazing. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Chavez is thorough and very sweet! We are so happy to have found a venue like this that accepts eyemed. I've been wanting to find an eye doctor in the area since I moved here almost 2 years ago and I am so happy with Dr. Chavez. First off, I called to make an appointment thinking it wouldn't be until later next week but they had a spot open for me today. Dr. Chavez was so nice and answered all of my questions. The two girls at the front desk, Meriah and Kourtney, I believe, we're also the nicest and helped me pick out my first pair of glasses.
