Following my mom's death Ms. Shafer failed to file the necessary papers with the county recording office as she said she would do. When confronted, she blamed everyone else but herself. She was difficult to get a hold of and claimed she returned call when she did not. She charges a $600 retainer following mom's death and never spent one hour conducting business on my behalf.
