I wasn't allowed much time to retain proper counsel. But I hired Nate under the condition that we could get the time allowed so he could properly prepare for my case which was a couple months. We got the time.. and let me tell you his entire staff was on it. Nate was on it we spend countless hours in his office preparing. I'd go home and he call me hours later and spend more time on the phone with me.. During trial it was the same exact thing spend hours every day after during going over trial info and evidence. He was honest fair and to the point it wasn't cheap but it wasn't so extremely expensive it couldn't be obtained... Nate went above and beyond and you would be foolish not to use him. I was acquitted of multiple felony charges that were in fact not true. Nate showed the court the real truth... And the truth with always prevail when you have a solid defense lawyer by your side. Hire Nate you won't regret it

I had trouble providing proof to show the court my reasoning for being concerned for my child. There wasn't physical abuse, it was mental abuse being done and that is very hard to prove in court. It was a "he said, she said" court battle for years. Even after the judge would agree with some of my concerns, it would still be ordered to give the other parent and his spouse an opportunity to do better. It did not get better! After speaking with Mr Moore, he 100% agreed that we needed to protect my child in this situation and stop any more damage from happening. I had so much anxiety, fear and doubt that this would not be resolved in the best interest for my child because of all the denials by judges in the past. Mr Moore explained in detail the process and eased my worries that this will soon be over. He was right! My child now has the ability to choose when she wants to visit. She is no longer forced to be in a hostile, unhealthy, dysfunctional living situation. Also, when she is visiting, if a "situation" happens during the visit my child gets to leave. Not be forced to stay in the surrounded negativity. Mr Robert Moore was the absolute BEST for my family. THANK YOU! We are truly grateful! We can now focus on healing, moving on and understanding that we cannot change who they are as people. We can be happy, healthy and positive for our families future.

I called around town to 3 local Sonora Lawyers explaining that I just needed a consultation for now about what to do in Small Claims Court but none would see me and actually recommended I try the Chenault Law firm. I called and the Chenault Law receptionists setup an appointment for me for a free half hour consultation with the owner of Chenault Law...Sally Chenault. They also have offices in Modesto, Ca. I am 67 years old and over the last 50 years I have had to deal with a lot of lawyers and it has been my experience that female lawyers work twice as hard and are more honest then male lawyers in general. I explained my pending ligation to Mrs. Chenault who I will just call Sally who explained to me in detail what I needed to do in great detail for the full half hour. Since my damages where under 10K, Sally recommended Small Claims Court as my least expensive avenue. Her advice was so good that I was able to force a large National Corporation to pay me my damages due with out going to Small Claims Court by just sending a few choice emails through the proper channels. I received my money in 3 weeks instead of years without any litigation involved. Sally did not make a dime on me but gave me her legal expert advice willingly and for free. My first impressions of Sally--very nice looking woman with a soft spot for dogs. She had a big "older" dog in her office she recently rescued (that tells me right away she has a kind heart). Also on her desk about 10-15 very organized hard bound case files in alphabetical order with different colored posted notes hanging out at various spots. I was greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake- Sally is a sincere honest and hardworking woman that was not a bullshitter and informed me about the pros and cons of court and my case with this big Corporation....whether you wanted to hear it or not. I was impressed with Sally Chenault and when another legal problem, big or small comes my way I will be sure to consult with Sally Chenault and her Law Firm first as this "Lady Lawyer" has your back.
