Wasted 3 years of our lives then paid us a small amount from his malpractice insurance. We were lied to saying it wasn't taxable and it was. Thankfully IRS worked it out with us so we won't owe anything. My honest opinion is he did it on purpose and the dr we were suing paid him off and the mediator they gave me to get paid by the flakey attorney I believe worked for them. As he told me nothing but lies also. Stay clear of Scott ward. He has anger issues too we got into many arguments. Find a real lawyer. Now the dr got away with it and I can't redo my lawsuit. One word karma.
