I reached out to Passion Electric based on others reviews and I'm so glad I did! They called me back within a few hours of my initial call and let me know they were backed up, but could get me on the schedule in a week and a half or so. When I called back the next day, they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get me taken care of the same day. Their communication is over the top good! They emailed and texted me about my appointment and let me know when my tech was on the way and the text included a picture of the tech, which I thought was a nice security double check! The text also talked about the COVID precautions they're taking and that was appreciated as well! They provided me with an initial estimate and then called once they got to the house because there was additional damage. They sent me pictures to show me and didn't do any work until I gave the ok, which was also much appreciated! I can't say enough good things about this company and they are being added to my contacts as my go to for electrician work in the future!
