He said he could fix it and did so in 5 minutes for less than half what a new band would have cost. Couple of weeks before Christmas 2023 I stopped in Hudson's to have my rings looked at. While I am…read morewaiting, I spotted the prettiest Ruby ring and asked if I could look at it. I put it on and fell in love. The wonderful salesperson at Hudson's talked with me about the ring I thanked them and gave them their ring back. There was no high-pressure sales tactics, and the salesperson was so very nice. A couple weeks later I called to see if they still had the ring, and to my good fortune they did. I talked with the salesperson again and asked if I could put it on layaway, all the while chatting about life in general with all the salespeople and the owner. The owner informed me that a family member just had a kidney transplant that morning and I felt an overwhelming joy for the young man which brought me to tears. I explained to the Owner and sale staff (I was the only one in the store as they were getting ready to close) that I had lost my kidney and spleen in a horrible accident a few years back. As we all talked, I did not notice the owner, or my salesperson disappear to the back of the store. It was getting late, so I asked how much I needed to put down on the layaway, the salesperson started doing something on the register I gave him my card and he handed me the receipt. The total was 1 Cent! I was confused I started to ask questions when the owner came out from the back and handed me the Ruby ring. At first, I was confused until the owner told me that the ring was a gift from them!! I burst into tears and ugly cried for a while. The owner and I hugged, and I kept saying thank you thank you. After many happy tears were spilled and hugs were given and conversation, I headed to my car to head home. I was feeling very Blessed that evening and even today when I look down and see the ruby on my finger, I know that there are still good, people in the world. Thank you, Hudson Jewelry, for making my Christmas Bright! If you are looking for a jewelry store with no high-pressure sales tactics and true compassion for others, please stop in and look around the jewelry is exquisite, but the staff is really what makes Hudson shine!

Do not consign your dress here! She will sell it and not pay you. I am a wardrobe stylist in Los…read moreAngeles, I called several places finally settling with Trish. I sent her a box of my dresses..because there wasn't much movement and a good amount of time had passed. We spoke ,and settled on just sending the dresses back.. They send all but one back. I inquire about the missing item she mentioned it was on "hold".. more time passes. Just so happens- I have a major film buyer in town needing a dress. I tell her about Brides by Dizine and she could "buy" the one dress that has been on hold , as weeks had passed and I hadn't received payment. The film buyer drives an hour out of the way to purchase. The dress is not there. Trish tells her, it's sold! I would have never sent the buyer an hour each way out of the way. As I assumed, I would have either heard communication or received payment. It's been years! No dress , no payment just unanswered emails. I feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. At minimum, the truth and communication would have helped tremendously. I understand small businesses can be difficult .. but totally taking advantage and not paying someone their rightful payment is the worst!!!
