Dr Hunter has a unique sense of humor and has lots of interesting stories to keep you occupied during her exam. If you have ever felt like "just a number" or "just a patient" at another doctor give Dr Hunter a try. She listens to everything you have to say and I can tell is GENUINELY concerned about your health and well being. I have congestive heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it. My other doctor had been prescribing the same medications FOREVER. Dr Hunter was not afraid to try some different meds and I am happy to say I have never done better. She will pray for you if requested. If a 6 or 7 was an available score, she would get it from me!!!!

Dr. Osborn ranks as one of the top primary care physicans I've ever known. He went out of his way…read moreto help with some serious infections I had. I don't understand any of the negative reviews here. The office workers are friendly. Prescriptions are refillled quickly. Appointments have been same day if needed.

If you have a mild, chronic condition that requires minimal management, I would not recommend this…read moreoffice - particularly Dr. Julia Abraham. During my recent annual physical, she briefly asked me about my asthma, which I reported was stable and even improving. She then renewed my existing prescription, and we moved on. I was shocked to later receive a separate charge for an office visit based solely on that brief conversation. I am a relatively new patient and was not aware this was their billing practice. My previous doctor never charged me for this, so I will be returning to them as a patient. I also called the office for clarification, but unfortunately Dr. Abraham has not returned my call. In summary, if you have a minor medical condition that requires an annual prescription renewal, do not seek care at Rocky Hill Family Physicians.

Although I previously had high regards for Dr Schutter and Ray Fernandez, this facility is greedy…read moreand follows illegal and unethical practices. I was terminated their services after disputing that they cannot take a copay if my out-of-pocket is met. Lisa, an office manager, argued with me that the copay does not apply to the OOP...which she is wrong. She stated that if the card shows a copay, it is always taken by their facility or services would not be given. I refused to pay it. She terminated my upcoming services with all of their facilities and did not notify me of the termination until 2 days later with certified mail. The termination is due to "inappropriate behavior", yet her stealing money from patients when nothing is due is not "inappropriate behavior"? NO, it is THEFT. When my Insurance Company contacted her to discuss this, she was confrontational with them and refused to listen to them explain how their contract works. I would be very careful of the amount of money they are currently holding "illegally" from patients in breach of their healthcare contracts. This will be fully investigated and I will file whatever is necessary to end this practice. I have chronic medical problems that need surgery and now I have been denied services (aka, possible malpractice). Additionally, they broke the law when one of their providers brought in a medical student to "shadow" a procedure. I was fully exposed on the table and was not asked in advance if I was okay with it. Another provider performed surgery on me and forgot to give me a pain block, causing severe pain for 3-4 days. BEWARE.

Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.
