But anything…read moreelse and he'll tell you, and I quote "I'm just a family doctor, I don't know how to help you". I heard this twice from him when I was begging him, desperate for help (referrals? Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

Dr. Bushore has always taken as much time as needed to diagnose or treat any condition I have seen…read morehim for, and make sure all my questions have been answered. This will occassionally cause him to run a few minutes behind, but the waiting facilities are comfortable and contageous patients are kept in private rooms. If a sudden injury or illness occurs, he always manages a way to "work you in". which usually prevents him from having more than 5 minutes for lunch. He has been my primary care provider for over 30 years and will be the rest of my life. I currently drive 100 miles in each direction to be seen by him, and these visits are simply for medication management and annual physicals.

I found this place searching the web and called and scheduled my first appointment. Phone call was…read moreeasy and was able to find a date that worked. The facility was easily located and has stairs or elevator if you need it. The signs around the building get you right to it. Checking in was easy. I filled out a signup sheet and did my initial paperwork of health history, personal & insurance info, as well as privacy and payment acknowledgements. At the most it took me 8-10 minutes to fill out, not a big deal. The reception staff was very nice. I waited less than 5 minutes after the paperwork was done and was taken straight back. The nurse was very nice while gathering other health-related information. Now before I review the rest I have to premise this with the fact that when it comes to be examined in general that I am not comfortable at all. Not only am I not comfortable but I was quite ignorant to what to even expect. With that said, the Dr. was very kind and informative. She made an experience that I had been dreading something that I believe I will be alright with in the future. She was very helpful in answering skin/mole questions to help me better understand what I didn't before. 5/5 for me. I'll be using this place and would recommend this practice. Thanks for helping me.
