Spend $10 and take a tour of their facility and learn about birch sap and the syrup making process! You will get to do a tasting of various syrups including their special reserve. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The gift shop itself has all of their items with samples of their products for tasting. I enjoyed the birch brew, brittle, lingonberry jam and the rhubarb syrup! A must stop for any Alaskan and tourist.
