Almost all of their ingredients come from their motherland, so it is authentically made. There's the soft kunafa, sheep ghee, sheep cheese, and pistachio.... And Mohammed, the owner, takes pride in that and how he makes it. He makes sure all his customers are given a somewhat close experience to how it's like im the motherland. And speaking of that, being inside of Nuthut personally warms my heart because of all the beautiful Palestinian art and touches of the culture. All the staff members that I have encountered have been nothing but kind and soooo helpful whenever I have a question or am curious about something. If you're lucky enough to catch them on the day they make their batch, you can watch them make their house blend on the roaster. It is a cool process to watch especially since their house blend uniquely has 5 different beans!!! So all coffee lovers, I mean true ones... if you need a locally owned wholesale coffee provider, this is where you should go. If you love all types of nuts, this is also where you should go, their peanut, cashew, almond selections are great!!!!

Delicious Italian cheeses brought us back home and also certain prepackaged cookies and snacks totally warmed our hearts. It's a rather large grocery store where you'll find all kinds of Italian things from cheese to pasta, everything is imported from Italy. We loved the semi stagionato cheese and took home a lot of delicious black pepper cheese. Loved finding many different things I normally don't while bringing back some nostalgic things we love. If I'm in the area again I'll for sure make a quick stop here, totally worth it.

In any event, I have found yet another pork store to add to my vast collection of Italian markets to go to when I need some procured Italian meat or an authentic Italian sandwich. The meats here are fresh and delicious, and to get an Italian sandwich here is a must. All you have to do is ask the outrageously friendly staff and they will do it. Meats piled high on a crusty but chewy hero roll. It is funny because I had one in their Manhattan store and it was not as good. This was a delight. The staff is knowledgeable and right out of a Brooklyn that once was. A friendly butcher, beautifully arrayed food, all served with a smile and well wishes. I only wish more of Brooklyn was still like this.

Try the tiropita... they are ridiculous. In the front they also have an assortment of different olives. You can even sample a couple if you want! I'm usually picky with cookies since most tend to be too sweet for me, but this cookie was the perfect amount of sweetness. The spicy chips were good, but way too spicy for me.
