I really wish there was something else other than a home depot in such a large and central area…read more I also wish that the Harvey's was still there, and not another Subway's. Onto the place itself, I used to really dread it since it was overpriced and the selection was lacking. Worst of all is the service, really hard to find anybody. Things have improved after about a dozen years, the employees make eye contact and I get asked if I need help. One girl was super friendly and would not leave until I found the shower filter I was looking for. It really helps to be web savvy (their site is pretty solid, even has inventory count), and go there knowing what you want, it saves a lot of time to just show the item you want and they will help you. So overall an ok place, considering how bad it used to be. PS: Bring back the Harvey's

The freezer had an icy built up, and it had been making weird noises ever since I got it. I figured it was time to let this one go and find a newer one. I checked this place and another for comparison, by far this store won me over for several factors: - Cleanliness of the fridges, spic and span, no yellowing of the interiors. - Affordable prices for used appliances - Simple but effective service I had visited over the weekend and they were able to deliver 2 days later, but I opted for a better timing so I made it 3 days later. They take back your old fridge and delivery is included with the price with a 1 year guarantee. Delivery was quick and efficient, they took out my old fridge, and placed in the new. They told me to wait one hour for all the liquids to settle down or else the fridge would malfunction. So far so good! I had such a good experience with this place, I would probably go here again for used appliances.

I bought my Samsung dryer just before Christmas with adding features and five years warranty came more $1200 . after delivery the first time I used it I found it's not working properly, doesn't dry my clothes i had to retry the second time but after two min machine stopped . I had to choose another option either heavy duty or time dry to complete the cycle but still not dry completely I have to hang them to dry. The shipping is not free at all and cost a fortune at checkout ... try it. When you order there is a confirmation screen. CAPTURE IT... as this is the unique sign if purchase confirmation you will get. Then you wait and wait and wait. aAter a week or so, you phone customer service and a nice lady tells you that the order has been made and that they should get the product within ten days... she adds that she will followup personnaly and phone you... remember that is was advertised as in stock. Ten days and a week later no phone call back. I call then. Same record: order has been placed and product will be avai in ten days or less. In the meantime the product is still available fir purchase on the website ans still advertised as available at two of their shops... false info. In short its a honey trap for SHOPIFY i guess as they get the money (retainer is made by shopify as per info i was told by the lady over the phone) while i wait indefinitely and they get richer with my money. Avoid if you really need a good service or a service at all, unless you are into scams.

Um... this place is amazing…read more I had no idea this store even existed until I randomly decided to go in after browsing around at Eva B, which is pretty much right next door. Looking in from outside, you wouldn't gain much of a clue as to what this place is about since they aren't big on window display. Nope, aesthetics are not on the radar here. Once you go inside, though, you'll be blown away at: a) the actual size of this place and, b) the amount of STUFF. This is an industrial supply store, full of the most obscure tools, parts, etc and has everything -EVERYTHING- you could ever want before you knew you wanted it. I'm a DIY builder (artist) of mechanical, electronics, whatever and I seriously wish I'd found this place a lot sooner. Today I located an extremely hard to come by brass nut that I desperately needed to finish hooking up the latest appliance I'm working on. I had a hallelujah moment so hard, the guys working there thought I was a full-on lunatic. Everything is super cheap, super organized, and well-stocked. I'll be going here FIRST the next time I need parts. Also, all kinds of camping, fishing and other gear, too. Put it on your go-to list.
