Great staff and great prices that's why I go here..... The office is clean and well kept... The quality of care is great!!

My daughter had an appointment today for which she took the day off her work from Boston. 1 hour before the appointment they called to reschedule it, for the same day. When she arrived, and after waiting 20min, they told her they had overbooked and they couldn't see her at all today, so she needed to reschedule. This experience cost her 1 day lost income from her job, plus she wasted the 2 hours commuting back and forth from Boston. Very disappointing and upsetting. If they needed to reschedule, they should have called at least 24 hours earlier. Once she was in the office, they should honor the appointment and see her, so this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay away from this office. read more

My son had to leave school and I had to leave work to get there. They said I hadn't confirmed the appointment. I showed the secretary the message that I had confirmed the appointment 3 times. Then she went to talk to the other girl. She came to talk to me and said she would see my son in 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes. The secretary came back and told me that she wouldn't see my son. I was very upset because I've been there many times since this happened. they did a terrible wisdom teeth removal whith dictor Goupta being Verry harsh on my mouth creating this the worst wisdom teeth experience. I went here to be relaxed and I got the complete opposite. He raised his voice to a stressed patient and wasn't the friendliest or patenting working whith health issues that were addressed multiple times. Don't Go Here!! read more

Have been going there the last couple of years and had some questions on cavities they would find in my teeth. The front office operations are terrible. They don't call you back and if you request any records or information, it take forever for them to get it back to you Nonetheless, the last straw for me was when I brought in my two daughters and they found a combined eight cavities. Knowing my daughter's hadn't had cavities for years, I was very hesitant. My wife asked very specifically if these were pre cavity, and the dentist was very adamant that these were not and the teeth had to be taken care of Sent them to a new dentist near their college - my one daughter had no cavities and the other had one cavity. I always felt like they were not having my best interest at heart, but this 100% confirmed it for me. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

I started going to this practice because I am a long term patient of Dr. Deane. She is an incredible doctor who takes the upmost care. However, I can no longer tolerate the completely unorganized and unprofessional nature of this practice. They would not respond to emails nor phone calls, but repeatedly called me to confirm an appointment that I had already confirmed twice before. They consistently schedule me with the incorrect doctor, and the hygienists are rushed and rough. I always leave with bloody gums and a sore mouth. The quality of this practice has absolutely dropped over the past 2 years. The worst part was, as I am trying to leave this practice to see another dental group, they are completely unorganized and unresponsive to my requests for dental records and transfer of records. It took 20 minutes on the phone to simply find the year of my last x ray and then 2 weeks of emails with my record transfer request -- only to then get a response that said they could not find the attachment. I confirmed that my original email had the correct attachment and forwarded that a second time. With PHI being handled so lazily, this is a huge concern for me. Dr. Deane is wonderful, but this practice has done it for me. read more

Today I had 4 Fillings done. I tend to get anxious and pass out easily and since I hadn't don't any fillings in over 20 years I was super nervous but Dr. Preetha Mariappan actually made the experience relaxing compared to my previous experience at another dentist. She made sure I felt ok and was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. No passing out and no anxiety. She has such a calm personality which in turn made me feel calm. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her! read more

We've been going here for Ortho treatment,and have always felt welcome and the treatment very professional,from reception to the doctors.I had one appointment with a pediatric dentist,that I won't name,but my girls didn't like his chair side manners or they way they felt they were handled,too gruff,that being said,we went back to our other place,which was more inconvenient,but we were happier.And the other small thing I didn't care for much was the waiting area gets really full,sometimes standing room only,but we do get in and seen on time always regardless.I would recommend this office definitely! read more

Unbelievably unprofessional conduct by one of their dentists. My sister was being seen for the first time for a dental emergency, notified them she would be 10 minutes late, and asked if she needed to reschedule, and was toldd to come on in, While filling out her dental paperwork, she proceeded to overhear the dentist berate and shame her with the front desk the entire time. Mind you, she suffers from dental anxiety, it was an emergency, our father passed away 4 days prior, she is a single mother and unemployed due to Covid, and it 2 days before Christmas. Complete lack of compassion or professionalism. Stay far away if you value common decency. read more

Today I went for a dental cleaning. I arrived 5 minutes before my time and waited 20 minutes to be called. I let the secretary know that no-one came to pick me up, she just said that the hygienist was cleaning the room. The hygienist came and didn't even apologize for being so late to pick me up. When in the room, she asked me if they took my temperature. If she knew her own office procedure, she should of checked the 2 pages that I fill it up when sitting in the waiting room which went into detail about all Covid questions, including a record of my temp. She then asked if I was sick which I answered no. I then asked her if she was sick- which she sarcastically answered that if she would be sick, she wouldn't be there. I then told her, that I too would never be there if I was sick as well. At no moment she made me feel welcome and relaxed, it took her 10 minutes to start with my cleaning. Upon me opening my mouth she proceed to say that my throat was red and that I had to brush here and there, plus I had tartar underneath my gum (this without even starting the cleaning). I felt horribly uncomfortable with this woman who is extremaly young and totally unprofessional, not to say that she is also very rude and entitled. She then told me, "you don't trust me so you need to reschedule" and stormed left the room leaving me there. I did answered that I didn't trust her... how could I? I went out and asked the secretary to please call the manager so I could talk to them about what happened. The secretary didn't even get up to address the situation. After I was waiting for couple of minutes she just said from the other side of the room that she would schedule an appointment with the manager. At this point, I left and will never come back to this place ever again!!! They may have good dentists but if their support staff and hygienists are horribly unprofessional, I feel really sorry for the dentists that are good and work in this place. I do not recommend this place to no-one! I was never treated by any medical or dental place like that. read more

Plan on sitting in the waiting room for at least a 1/2hour and sometimes over an hour. The orthodontist is only there on certain days so if your child has a bracket fall off (which happens quite often here) and a wire stabbing them in the cheek or gums they can't help you until the orthodontist dept is back in the office leaving your child hurting for a day or two longer than needed. The doctors constantly change which means so does the original plan. Which usually adds time,$$$, and the overall appearance doesn't live up to the expectation. I am frequent patient. Never have I ever experienced this bad behavior or service. All of the other appointments i've been to they have done great. I went in earlier today to change my braces color and my dentist puts the wrong color as I specifically asked for the one I wanted, I go back to get them changed after I see that there not what I wanted, they tell me they don't have that color when I vividly saw the color in the dentists cabinet when I went the first time to get the color changed. On top of that while she's changing my braces color she tells me to move the position of my head and as I am, she goes and shoves my face to the other side while she sees i'm going too. I will be going back in the future because normally they have amazing service and employees there are so kind and genuine. In the future I will be more cautious. This just really shocked me because as I said before there employees are so kind and genuine! read more

I have just completed my adult Invisalign journey at Metrowest Dental Center and my teeth look amazing, perfectly straight and beautiful. I had very crooked and over crowded bottom teeth and an over bite. Dr. Weisner helped me along the way and especially when at times I felt like I couldn't do it and reminded me that it would be worth it, that I could do it and was willing to do anything to help me through the process. I would highly recommend Metrowest Dental Center and Dr. Weisner. Make sure you speak up, ask lots of questions and let her know if you have any concerns. She is very experienced and will be very honest and straightforward with you and knows her stuff. If you are close to this location and are an adult looking for Invisalign treatment give them a call and stop in for your free consultation and see how they can make you happy to smile again ;) read more

The office is a little dated, but that is all that would keep this office from receiving 5-stars. Everyone is super friendly - I called last week to schedule a cleaning and they were able to get me within a week or so (though they're only there two days a week). Went during my lunch break - registration process was fast and I was taken in very quickly. My dental hygienist was really nice and professional. Started going to this practice years ago when my daughter needed braces and were really happy so we of course had our other daughter also do her braces there as well which was a big mistake, she has had 4 different orthodontist in 2 years, her teeth get moved one way then the next, because of the inconsistency we do not even have a time frame for when they honk they might come off. Also you can only book orthodontist appts on Wednesdays and appts are hard to schedule, ended up having to have her go to school late so she could be seen on time as they run way behind. She had a broken wire a few days after an apt and was told they could not see her for 2 weeks, I made a stink and she was all of sudden able to be fit in. Most recently I myself chipped a tooth, was told I could not be seen for a week, really! Besides pain and further damage it can also cause infection, so took my business elsewhere and was seen in 3 days. Also calling to make an ortho appt is a nightmare, you can only book with the ortho people because they have a different system, really in the same office. I could not even get an apt confirmed with anyone as they did not have access to the ortho schedule, after multiple phone calls finally got the answer. And most recently was trying to reach the office and was put thru to the answering service at 9:40 in the am and was told I could call back but they would prefer that an email be sent, when I asked if the emails were getting checked on a regular basis I was told they did not know. Ended up having to take more time out of my workday to call back. I have ever had any issue with the dentists but some of the ortho techs are rude and rough. We will be completing the braces there but are taking our business elsewhere. read more

LOVE THEM, esp. Dr. Matthews! I was in SO much pain. I called them & they took me in that day. It was my first time there because I wanted a dentist closer to home. They figured out that it was an exposed root. They were first going to give me fluoride treatment & play the wait-and-see game, but when I asked what they would do if that didn't work, they said they'd put some bondo (or whatever the technical term for it is) on it. I immediately asked if we could do that because I was terrified of leaving & writhing in pain again. They must've seen the fear in my eyes & though my appt was over, they squeezed me in an hour later, which is nice to know they didn't just let the next patient wait. They put a little bondo over it & viola - no more pain! I was worried that just dealing with that one tooth wasn't going to be enough because the whole side of my face hurt, but Dr. Matthews clearly knows her stuff! I am so grateful to be pain free! It's also nice to be able to drink something cold w/o having to tilt my head to the left to keep it away from the right side of my mouth! I had no idea it all stemmed from that one tooth! Also, everyone I met - the receptionists & the assistant - were all just so nice & pleasant too. I will never go anywhere else again! BTW, I don't know if this works for a cavity but if you have an exposed root, rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide. It IMMEDIATELY took the pain COMPLETELY away for me! Of course it only lasts for about a minute, so you'll have to rinse often but at least the pain goes away. read more

It's been a year since I have gotten my braces off from this place, and my treatment, which should have lasted only 3 years, lasted 5 years due to the inconvenience of the changing of dentists every few months. I had lost my retainer a few months ago, and called the office to get a new one since it is covered by my insurance. The receptionist was incredibly rude and so was the assistant. Upon arriving to get a new set of retainer, I was asked "where my mom was", even though I was 18. The receptionists are full of attitude and very unhelpful. Please, Please, Please go somewhere else, and don't waste your money here! read more

I don't usually write reviews because I feel they are just opinions but I felt it necessary to write a review on this dentist office after the care I received from them. My original dentist told me to come in to get a tooth pulled because I was in so much agony and after I got their they tell me oh sorry oral surgeons not going to be here today. So I go home in pain and misery at 2 pm who's gonna see me right?? I called metro and told them my story and without hesitation told me to come in at 3:30. They just made the whole process of oral care seem so much easier than my last dentist and they are compassionate to people in pain and I appreciate the human side of them. This office genuinely cares about there patients and not just the co pays. I will be going to them from now on read more

I don't recall having many problems with this place in the past, but both times I've been recently they have been extremely late. Don't tell me to come at a certain time and then make me wait 30-40 minutes... At least call and let me know. That's just bad customer service. read more

I never write reviews. But we have had exceptionally bad service with their invisalign service. I would discourage anyone from going here for that treatment. They had a switch of orthodontist mid stream and the new dentist and staff have no idea what they were doing. As a result of their incompetance my daughter's teeth started to shift as they did not realize for over two month how to order permanant retainers from the company. The office has very limited hours to see the dentist and will not make any exceptions no matter the circumstances. We accommodated to their schedule, had to spend money to fly in daughter from college and when calling to confirm the appointment a few days before..it came out that the appointment was cancelled as the dentist took the day off, they neglected to tell us and we already had spent the money on flights. They got someone else to cover, who again did not know what they were doing. This has been an exceptionally frustrating long and unnecessarily stressful journey with a less than perfect result. They did apologize but when I asked to do another small round of trays to adjust the changes that happened to my daughter they said I would have to pay up to an additional $1200 dollars. The notion of customer service and patients coming first does not exist in this office. NO NOT GET SERVICES HERE! read more

I am new to the area. I have two autistic kids and while 5 other dentists in the other office on 20W in Hannaford plaza were unwilling to deal or care for them, the pediatric dentist here took care of both kids and everyone there was happy to do so. Kudos! read more
