This is everything you want from a company entrusted with your most valued clients, friends and family. I didn't get through on my first try calling Metropro so I left a voicemail, to my surprise Joe (who tried to return my call) sent me a polite and informative text message with all the info I needed to make my decision. Once we connected over the phone, Joe took all my info. and set up my pick up for a friend inside Newark airport. When I sent Joe a text asking if everything went well , he replied in less than a minute , and told me exactly where the car was, and the estimated time of arrival at my destination. I knew my friend was in good hands. The driver was very professional in manner and appearance, what a nice experience. read more

I have been a loyal client to MetroPro for the past year and I can not express in words how well maintained and professional this company is. They do not skip a beat and have never been late. This is by far the most reliable car service I have ever had the pleasure of using and will continue to use. Thank you MetroPro !! read more

I read ALL the reviews of Town Car companies serving Newark Airport and decided to give Metropro a try. I was advised to turn on my phone as soon as I landed and sure enough, I had a text from Kashif, my driver, letting me know that he was in the parking area. When I collected my bags, I sent him a text and he met me outside in a couple of minutes. A smooth, quick, quiet ride to Wall Street. Love that I can pay in advance, with tip included. One less thing to think about. Traveling is hard enough these days. I highly recommend these guys! read more

I put in a request for a quote from Metropro, and although I found out they don't have a large enough vehicle (I was looking for one that fit 20+), I was SO impressed with their customer service. Not only did Joe email me a response to my request in 12 minutes, he also gave me suggestions to help me find what I need. I will definitely be using Metropro in the future! read more

Metropro limo recently took my family to Newark Airport for our annual trip to Disney World. The drivers were prompt and professional both ways. Using this service was seamless and nice to know the pricing is all inclusive. I recommend this service 100%. read more

Just use Metro Pro for the 1st time and was impressed with the quality of Service Joe got back to me immediately with my price quote and confirming with my dates and times for my pickup and arrival. His two drivers were very professional and courteous. We enjoyed the ride back last night from JFK - Jason was our driver he waited for us at JFK and text and call to let us know that he was there and once he spotted us picked up our luggage and escorted us to his warm town car and got us home after long flight home.. I will recommend this service to my friends.. read more

I am very pleased with Metropro service. I have used them several times and have always had a great experience: clean car, friendly driver and on time with competitive pricing and no hidden charges. I really like getting the email confirmation that is sent once the reservation is made and another for the receipt. The owner Joe is totally professional. I highly recommend!! read more

Very professional. On time and helpful! We used them both from the airport and back to the airport. Both times the service was exceptional! read more

I booked the Limo Bus for my team's holiday party last week and we were all blown away by the comfort, cleanliness and ease of booking with Metro Pro. The owner Joe called me personally to finalize everything and his driver Christopher was very friendly and professional. The trip was smooth and we had a great time. There were 18 of us on the limo bus and it was comfortable(we brought several boxes along with us and there was room to spare.) the bus was booked for about a 1.5 hour ride each way to the venue where our party was and everyone wanted to stay on the bus and keep partying on there!!! We will definitely be using MetroPro again, couldn't be happier with their service!!! read more

Great and courteous service, clean car, professional driver. Very happy with Metropro! Will certainly use again.

Booked a 32-seat shuttle for my wedding day. The driver was early and such a gentleman. The staff from Metropro were great too - responsive and helpful! Highly recommend and would definitely use them again! read more

Great job. Very reputable company. Top notch driver and service. Very professional. Car was very clean and new.

I chose Metropro for my round trip between EWR and the Englewood area based on all the 5-star reviews here on Yelp and I was not disappointed! Great communication from start to finish, punctual, friendly, helpful and courteous drivers, competitive prices ... I couldn't ask for more. Metropro will be my first choice from now on. Kudos to Joe and his team! read more

I recently used Metropro for a business trip that required me to be dropped off at the airport and then picked up again 2 weeks later. The service was amazing and Joe was friendly and on time without any need for reminders. I would recommend this comany to anyone that is looking for a limo company with a real personal touch. From my initial phone call to schedule the trip, to the final drop off back at my home I could not have been happier. Disregard anything negative said about them. They were fast, reliable, and the nicest limo comany I have ever dealt with. THANKS METROPRO!! read more

Timely, professional, reliable, and confortable rides! Wouldn't use anyone else!! Thank you Metropro!!

I'll get straight to the point. They were not on time THEY WERE EARLY! As a car service should be. The last thing I want to be worrying about when heading to the airport at 4:30am is if my limo driver overslept! Courteous, had a bottle of water waiting for me, clean, professional. Thanks Metropro! read more

We finally settled on Metropro after reading countless reviews of different companies. Joe made the entire process extremely easy - providing credit card info prior to the trip made the trip even more seamless. No sooner than turning on my phone after landing in Newark, I had a text from our driver Terry. A shiny, pristine late model Town Car provided a smooth, comfortable ride to our hotel on the upper east side. Terry was extremely professional and courteous, just the right amount of conversation. I wish I could've hired him to be our driver all weekend, because the car service we used in Long Island a couple of days later was a total nightmare in comparison. Our entire experience with Metropro was outstanding and I will definitely use them whenever I visit NYC. (Joe, thank you for bearing with my OCD anxiety as I was planning the trip, you are awesome!) :^) read more

I've been using Metropro for the past 3 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. The whole operation is first class from the reservations with confirmations to the text I receive the minute the flight lands. Receipts for processing my travel claims are in PDF format so easy upload to DTS. Joe and his drivers are professional and always helpful with the luggage to my front door. Like I said I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

I frequently fly between LAX and JFK or EWR. I've tried numerous car services and there was always something wrong. This car service blew me away! From the very first phone call, Lori was incredible. Words fail me to describe the level of kindness and care she treated me with. Booking was quick and easy, and the rate was competitive and ALL INCLUSIVE! No surprise charges, no nickel and diming. The fare, gratuity, tolls, etc were all given to me upfront immediately. They tracked my flight and as soon as I landed and turned my phone back on, I had a message waiting from my driver. I called him once I had my luggage and he met me right away. He was fantastic, a careful and efficient driver who is a wonderful conversationalist. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. This company sets the standard that all other car services should be held against. Rate was more than fair, the car was beautiful and immaculately kept, and the service was outstanding. I will use them again and again, and will be booking them for my family as well. Thank you so much! read more

Very happy with quality of service, cars and drivers. I will use this company exclusively when in Jersey.

Metropro was an awesome cars service we used to get from EWR onto the City. Mario was on time and was in constant communication with me from the minute we landed until we met him curbside. We booked them for a return trip to EWR. Definitely recommend Metropro and will use them again on our next visit. read more

I've used Metropro Lime multiple times in the past. This Thanksgiving I needed to get my handicapped brother back to his residence after dinner at my house. I called Metropro only 2 days in advance, and despite the holiday, Joe was able to accommodate me. The driver arrived on time (and remembered us from an earlier trip) and once again was professional and courteous, I would never even think about using any other service. read more

If you're looking for a car service in NYC, search no more! I cannot say enough great things about this company. From my initial call with Lori (she's awesome) to the trip to the airport, perfection! I recently took a trip with five girlfriends, and scheduled Metropro to pick us up from JFK to deliver us to our apartment in Manhattan. Our flight from LA was delayed several times, and upon calling Joe to let him know about the delays, he stated that he was aware because they were tracking our flight by the info I provided during the initial booking. Our flight was delayed yet again, and the airline offered to pay for our Uber from the airport to our apartment. Metropro was so accommodating when I called to cancel, but fortunately we were able to convert the reservation to our return trip to the airport. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early, in an impeccable SUV, complete with water and snacks. He was polite, professional, and a great driver. My friends were very impressed with my selection, and we vowed to use Metropro if we are in the NYC area again. Thank you!! read more

I have been using Metropro for three years now (70-100 rides per year). While this may not be cheapest service on the market, this is certainly the best that I have experienced. The professionalism is top notch - always on time, great cars, and experienced drivers. Even during major snow storms, Metropro came through. They even work directly with my assistant to process all the billing. That is seamless service! The ultimate proof is that I use Metropro limo versus my brother in law's car service company. I need assurance that I will make my flights on time no matter which driver is assigned to the job. read more

We used MP Limo for a round trip to LGA from Jersey City and were very happy with the service. They were early the day we left and at the airport waiting when we landed. We went with a curbside pickup and were greeted with a text after the plane landed. At no point did we feel rushed even though it took us almost 45 minutes to get our bags. Both drivers were knowledgeable and safe and the charge was as advertised on the initial confirmation. We highly recommend this company. read more

FIRST CLASS and TRUSTWORTHY! My 17 year old flew into Newark alone to visit a college in New York. The quick communication and professionalism eased my nervous mind about having my son travel alone. My son was promptly picked up safely delivered safe and sound to his destination. We would recommend this company to anyone! read more

Thank you, Kashif! Another great experience with MetroPro Limousine service, I was so pleased the first time (I had previously used their service to drop me off at Newark airport and pick me up on my return and the drivers were wonderful then - prompt, courteous, and a safe ride), that I called again. Every facet was wonderful so I must comment on it all... The service is perfect. I again spoke to Joe to make the arrangements, as I did the last time. He is extremely courteous and very efficient. In fact, one day before I was scheduled to leave this time, I was able to change my pick up time to 15 minutes earlier because I was concerned that traffic might be bad this time to LaGuardia airport because it was the day before Memorial Weekend. On our day of departure, there had been an accident but our driver, Mario, had already figured out an alternative route to get us there and we made it to the airport in lightning fast time - Thank you, Mario, for a great ride in unbelievable time during bad traffic. Also, we had a great conversation with you, which helped distract a nervous flyer a bit and I really appreciate that too ;) On our arrival home to LaGuradia, before we even got to our gate, while we were taxiing on the runway, I turned my phone on and already had a text from our driver, Kashif, identifying himself and asking me to text him after we got our luggage from the baggage claim. They are doing renovations at LaGuardia and my husband and I were unsure where we should go after that and I texted Kashif that I was panicking a bit because I didn't know where we were to go to meet him. He called me on the phone and assured me that he would find us, even if it meant that he'd have to go around again, and not to worry at all. We explained where we were, from what we could identify because neither of us is familiar with the airport, and we also tried to tell him what we looked like. Kashif found us in a couple of minutes :D Kashif is extremely polite, very professional, and a great driver! The whole experience with MetroPro was really wonderful but the last was ever-so comforting and is what prompted me to leave this review. Thank you!! read more

Excellent pricing. I highly recommend!!! read more
