I requested a quote for an airport ride within Westchester and was quoted $180 one way. I declined the reservation via email. After that, I received a phone call that I did not answer, followed by a text message asking why I declined and whether it was due to price. I replied that the cost didn't make sense for us compared to parking or other options. The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary.
