What makes them great? 1) Everyone has a great attitude AND they are professional. The employees don't avoid customers if it's busy. They always greet and tell you if they can or can't meet with you yet. 2) I know it's best to set an appointment but the times I didn't (sorry!) I've never been shooed away and the employees have never been rude about it. For wire transfers they have always been able to accommodate me after a short wait. 3) Their service is consistent. I've been here a lot and there's never a 'bad' day. I know I can count on their service even if my issue isn't resolved same day. My family and I have had major life events happen where we leaned on this branch: purchases/sale of homes, opening our kid's first account, and now death of a family member. Some things were quick and some were a process but it's always been a pleasure dealing with this branch during these benchmark moments in our lives. Now that we live in the valley, I still make the 1+ drive here because I don't want to deal with any potential headaches and I trust their service. Good job Warm Springs branch! I hope your team gets the recognition it deserves.

I used to visit this branch weekly as a business customer when I worked in the area…read more I saw the same couple of tellers each week, and they were never particularly friendly, but I tried to ignore this. I know working with the general public is often no picnic, and I sympathize, as I used to work in the service industry. One day I went to make my business deposit as usual. The bank's policy is if you're depositing cash, you must present ID. When I got to the bank I discovered I had accidentally forgotten my ID at home that morning. Given that these tellers knew who I was - they saw me every single week for eight months straight, and had seen my ID on many previous occasions - I assumed they would be willing to make a one-time exception. I completely understand wanting to verify identity, but when you already know who the person is, it's a different matter. Nonetheless, they flatly and unapologetically told me they could not process the deposit. Even after I showed them my work-issued photo ID, and even after I informed them I have my personal accounts at Wells Fargo, and they could ask me security questions to verify my identity. Nope. Just terse refusal. It was like running into a brick wall. I understand the policy is in place for a reason, but under the circumstances, their completely inflexible approach defied common sense and lacked discernment, not to mention good customer service. I no longer work in the area and therefore have no further need to visit this branch. The staff needs better training on handling what should have been an easily-resolvable issue with more discernment and courtesy. Let's strive to make life easier for one another, not more difficult.

If the bank cannot provide customer service, or a cheap way to bank (no min balance), why would I continue to bank here? Spoke to Sunju from customer service regarding a bank fee. After a few questions she stated she has sufficiently answered all my question. I was still unclear - partly due to their lack of English - and asked to speak to a manager. She said they were unavailable (hah, how convenient). They will NEVER waive any fees, regardless of your account type or human error as a courtesy. They claim they only waive bank errors, and of course they are NEVER bank errors according to them. 25+ years and not ONE FEE has been waived (NSF, Wire, atm fee, etc). From time to time, other banks forgive and waive as courtesy - don't expect that here. - Do not have any electronic $ transfer capability or Zelle (come on, it's 2021) - Charges $ for everything, no courtesy or bank balance will avoid you from fees - Manual processes for everything.
