If you're coming in for work or meetings near the Bonaventure Hotel, this garage at the World Trade Center is a solid deal -- especially the Early Bird special. It's hard to beat the price for such a prime location. I also really like that they use the Metropolis parking system. No paper tickets, no fumbling at the gate. They scan your license plate on entry and exit, and it automatically charges the credit card you have on file. Super quick and seamless -- perfect for busy mornings when you just want to get in and out without waiting in line. Clean, well-lit, and easy access. Definitely one of my go-to parking spots in DTLA. I parked at a lot in Gatlinburg, TN in March of 2025. In August I received a pending charge of 99 cents and then another 99 cents on Sept 1st. I contacted their customer service and they had no reason for the charge. Finally they said it was someone from another state with the same tag number. That is a poor excuse and if true would be a big flaw with their system. Finally they claim they are validating my payment method. Why was I not notified that they were doing this. I wasted time contacting my bank to dispute the charges. Very poor business practice by Metropolis. I will never park in their lots again and would suggest no one does. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I love how it is cheaper than many of the other options in DTLA if you're parking for the day, especially before a certain time, and how convenient and close to work it is for me. I hate how confusing the place is. To start, there are actually two parts of the parking garage, managed by different companies (Metropolis/SP+ and ABM), with different prices and ways to pay. I don't know about the Figueroa entrance as I only enter on the Flower side, but the entrances for the separate sides are right next to each other, with the ABM side being first, then the SP+ side. The plus of the ABM side is it seems better managed and kept up. The minus is the parking spots are super tight and it fills up quicker. It also WAS slightly more expensive until the recent price increase on the SP+ side. The SP+ side seems a bit dingier and confusing, but the spots are wider and easier to park and find spaces. It was cheaper by $1 for early bird, but they recently updated it to be ticketless, using a license plate detection system that registers your entrance/exit and automatically charges you when you leave. It's confusing at first but it's super convenient. The one BS about it though is that they charge you a $1 "convenience" fee that you cannot bypass, so it brings the price of the early bird to the same as the other side. Anyhoo hope this is helpful because it was hard to dig up this info elsewhere. read more

My go to parking spot in downtown LA. There is an early bird special if you come in before 9am, the whole day is $12. I think the highest it gets is around $30. It's a bit tricky to walk in and out of the garage since it's attached to the Westin hotel, but not too difficult. read more

They took over my garage or something to that extent. Promises of new technology making life easier for everyone yet it was simple enough before just waving a magnetic card up to a reader..at least it worked! Since the take-over it's been nothing short of a sh*t show. The plate scanners read some plates and don't read others so there's now a line every time you're trying to leave as you can't very well drive thru the gate. It's so bad that they have to pay a dude to stand by the gate and manually open it after seeing that it's not opening for you..Now that's cutting edge technology..LMFAO If you're thinking of partnering with Metropolis or even investing in them I hope you see this review and get cold feet..but like they say, Caveat Emptor. If you were a monthly parking customer like me and you get wind that they're taking over your garage my advice is to start looking elsewhere ASAP or deal with being stuck in your garage at like 3am when you can't reach anyone to open the gate. read more

be careful, check your bank or credit card statements. this company charges you 9.99 the minute you enter your credit card information, then when you leave the facility, they charge your card again. when you call they tell you it takes 1 - 6 days to "return" your money . when you call them the operators are very rude and bottom line tell you, park somewhere else if you don't like the way we do business. read more

I used to work in Downtown LA and even as an employee, I had to PAY for parking (swiped my badge and they would take the fee straight out of my paycheck!). Anyway, I had to come to DTLA for a workshop. It was either pay $40 to park directly underneath the building or park at the World Trade Center parking structure for $8-9 and walk. Even though my company would reimburse me for parking, $40 is ludicrous. The other address for this structure is 349 S. Flower St, Los Angeles as there are multiple entrances. (Flower, Figueroa, 3rd) I agree with the other reviews on here... people drive FAST in here. I'm like.. "what if someone is backing out of a parking spot and you are going 20-30 mph around the corner?!?" (SMACK!) I was driving a "Compact" car and the car barely fit in the parking spot. As we were leaving, a Lexus parked on my right with our rearview mirrors almost touching. My coworker couldn't get it the car. I have no idea how the driver got out from the Lexus, but probably through the passenger side. I think you will do well if you drive a Mini Cooper or a Smart Car, but good luck if you have a SUV or truck.... My main reason for parking here (WTC side which is the RIGHT side when you enter from Figueroa) is that it's the most affordable parking structure out of all the structures around my work. It's $9 a day if you arrive before 10:00am. I got tired of having to pay each day, so I bought the monthly pass which saves you maybe a few bucks. However, you receive a key card that you just pass in front of a reader to get in and out. This also gives you parking access to floors D, E, and F. I see a lot of people here saying the spots are small, which they ARE if they are labeled COMPACT. However, the other spots are normal, and if you still have a problem, go find a corner spot or park next to a pillar! There are plenty of those spots available, and I've never had a problem with the floors being full. I love the monthly pass because I can exit off of Flower street and not have to worry about crossing over 4 lanes in 15 feet to get to the 110 freeway (referencing the exit off of Figueroa). It is MUCH MUCH easier. read more

Update 8-17-17 What good is a call box if no one answers? This is not the first time. Stuck on level D. It is not reading my card. Walked to parking office and it was closed. Waited for security to answer the phone. No one at security. It's a hot mess here. Malfunctions on a regular in parking garage as well as building elevators. This morning, card reader wasn't working and it caused a line of cars to wait. Couldn't back out...NOR was the office answering the phone. Driver had to get out of his vehicle, up to C level to get someone's attention. read more

I've been parking here a month (daily) and it sucks. There is constantly a line at the exit, if there is traffic outside I have waited 20 minutes just to get out of the garage. There is a highway entrance right outside the garage so there's always traffic...and it's impossible to get onto the entrance because the turn lanes are packed. If you have monthly it's better because you have option to exit at two streets but if you have daily they bottleneck you at the same exit. The machines have been broken 4-5x out of the 20 times I've used it so far. I'll put my ticket in, it won't accept it. The attendant says it's on the fritz and makes me back out and go into the other lane. Too bad this happens on both machines so it's pretty hit or miss. Today at the entrance there was a parking attendant standing in front of the way to go to the upper levels and directing everyone lower. I asked her if I can go to the upper levels (i.e move out of the way) and she didn't respond just kept gesturing. I took a wrong turn, ended back at the entrance, she had left and I went upstairs. There were plenty of people parked there and level A was almost empty, so there was literally no reason to stand in the way...it was as if she didn't know that was the way to the upper levels because there's no sign. Which leads me to my last gripe. The parking lot is huge and the directions are not great. There is no sign to the upper level parking you just have to stumble upon it. At certain turns the park/exit is unmarked. Finally, random sections of the parking garage are unmarked with floor level/aisle number. They are just blacked out. First day parking here I parked in one of the unmarked spaces not knowing better, and spent half an hour wandering the garage trying to find my car. They charge enough and get enough business to make these easy repairs, just choose not to. Oh and they are raising their early bird rates to $12 a day from $10 a day. read more

So they used to have this giant sign for early bird rate like you would see in some of the photos posted here. Recently they changed the entry time for the early bird rate, but the sign and letters are a lot smaller than what it used to be. I asked why, the manager's answer was that they are private parking lot and they can do whatever they want. I get that downtown parking has gone crazy, but also kind of sick of this kind of businesses taking advantages in such a sly way. One star to post, but they don't deserve any star. read more

I just stayed at the westin a block away. Much better alternative for parking if you are just leaving it in the lot overnight (no in/out). Parking at hotel was $42!! This one ended up being $14 from 10:30pm sat night until noon Sunday. Enter via 3rd street for ABM as there is another entrance off Figueroa which is managed by a different company and is $36 daily rate. You pay on exit to flower street via credit card only. I had a monthly pass here and I just wanted to write a review with some information for people that were interested. It was hard for me to come across any when I was looking for a parking spot. My pass was with Standard Parking. The structure is interesting because two companies share the lot. I paid $176 a month (which they raised to $186) with Standard, which is pretty reasonable for the area. The entrances for the Standard portion of the lot are from Figueroa Street (350 S. Figueroa) and the south side of the lot on Flower (350 S. Flower), which has two entrances (general and monthly with the latter being about a yard more south). ABM has entrances on 3rd and the north part of the lot on Flower. I believe their monthly pass is around $235 a month, but they were full when I tried to park with them. I went with them initially because only their signage for monthly parking was available. I really had to hunt down information with Standard. The main parking attendant for the Standard side, Lupe was really helpful in setting up monthly parking. I believe she's around Mondays through Saturday from 8 AM until 3 PM. Don't quote me on that though. I didn't have any issues with tight spots and I drive a BMW X5, which is pretty sizable. The spots on ABM's side did seem smaller though, but they weren't absurdly small either. The main reasons I can't give this place 5 stars is because some of the curbs outside the lot are weird. It's hard to explain, but some corners stick up and I've driven over one of those corners once (my fault of course, but it was 5 AM in the morning!) and I've seen smaller cars scraped. They're painted red, but the paint's scratched up on all of them, so I'm assuming they've been problematic for a lot of drivers. Another issue is that a lot of the drivers in the lot are rude or just can't drive. I've seen many speed and miss sharp turns and I've also seen some drive against a one way lanes to get around other cars. The worst experience was when I entered the lot the same time someone who was waiting in line to exit changed into the entrance lane to exit and almost collided into me head on. Ridiculous. The last issue, which isn't one I dealt with much and one that can't really be controlled was that exiting the lot on Figueroa after 4 PM on a weekday would be a nightmare. Granted, it is rush hour, but the lines can form inside of the lot and from what I noticed, it was much worse on the ABM side. If you're exiting Figueroa during rush hour and you need to get on the 110 or turn left on 3rd, good luck. The drivers coming down Figueroa rarely let you through, so getting on the street can take a long time and reaching the exit of the lot can add a few unnecessary minutes as well. A quick note is to be aware that because there is a high school in the World Trade Center, there can be a lot of students walking around, especially during rush hour. Actually, pedestrian traffic at this time can be high too so please be careful. Overall, the prices here are reasonable and the location is ideal for a lot of offices, hotels, and apartments in the area so you can't really go wrong here whether you're parking for a day or for a few months. read more

Dumb and extremely rude parking attendants!!! I had a voucher saying I have free parking for the day and the parking attendant wouldn't let me leave until I pay for parking for the day because I was exiting the wrong exit! There was a line behind me too so I couldn't back out and he kept telling me I need to pay and I said "no no no I'm not paying when it clearly says I have free parking." After 15 mins of him trying to make me budge in and pay he made me sign a "promise to pay" paper and said he is going to send it to the DMV and they will give me a ticket & suspend my license. First thing to note: This parking garage is owned by two different companies, so make sure to pay attention to the signs. The north side is run by ABM and the south is run by Standard. If you look closely at the silver signs, the company's logos appear beneath the prices. I started parkign here recently for the early bird rates. I work up on Bunker Hill, and although it's a few blocks away, the WTC's elevators conveniently take you up to the bridge that will cross you over Flower and toward the Bank of America building (which you can walk through - with the help of escalators!). Then you are in a great spot to continue on toward Grand or stay on Hope if that's your final destination. I think it's a great place to park because of it's relatively low daily price and would recommend it also for guests of the local hotels. read more

I came on a day that had $7 parking which wasn't bad for the area. The south elevators didnt work so we went to the nearest stairwell that we got locked into. We had to break the door to get out. The doors to every floor including fire exits were locked (fire hazard) and it wasn't marked that they were. Went to pay for our short stay in the stairwell on level C where the ticket machine doesn't take the tickets. Had to go up to the concourse to pay cash for parking. read more

The attendants here are rude. They think they can do whatever the hell they want to. The spots are tiny. If you park on first floor, which is level C, 100% your car will be scratched when you're back. I'd only park here if I had a 1995 car! Sorry no disrespect to oldies but I love my new car way too much to leave it in this sh*thole alone! Every time the elevator goes out, by the way both are out, no access for any disabled people with health issues, I had to carry my rollaway bag up 5 floors, not exaggerating feel like my intestines went up into my rib cage and my hernia is hurting, Any time these elevators go out call the Dept. of Los Angeles, Building & Safety Inspection - Elevator Complaints at (213) 202-9844, since they don't care to fix it on their own you unfortunately have to report them. With all the money they make they can afford to fix it, they simply just do not feel like it. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, with all the legal professionals that park there, they are seriously playing with fire. read more

I started parking here last year, paying $8 a day for the early bird rate (which then went up to $9 late last year). This year, I decided to spare myself the hassle and go monthly, which when you figure it out is about the same, anyway. If you are going to do the "early bird" thing, note that there are some days when you won't even have that as an option, though they do try to post warnings in the days before, once I saw it the DAY before. Since it's really the (second) cheapest parking around (I park in the larger lot), it gets my thumbs up. It's kind of in the middle of everything on Bunker Hill, so even as I change employers, I get to keep my parking arrangement. My main gripe is that people with their large large cars try to cram themselves into the relatively small spaces, and then park poorly. Also, their exit areas are either jammed with visiting drivers who take too long to exit or many pedestrians. read more

Great parking for WonderCon 2016 at the LA Convention Center! There was a shuttle across the street at the LA Hotel Downtown which we just took from there down. The lot was empty most of the time so we found no issues finding parking. It was also very clean. read more

This review is for the ABM side and for monthly parking: It's the cheapest rate around, especially if you get the discount for being in a building that is managed by the right property management firm. There are two sides to this lot, and I am speaking about the more east/south side. There are 4-5 levels although level A is inaccessible for some reason. Must belong to the other side. The other side has a wait list for parking, but I don't believe our side does. The GOOD: *Inexpensive for this area (especially with the discount) *24 hour parking so you can leave the car overnight *Easily accessible from 110 freeway *Extremely friendly staff *Well lit *I am pretty sure the parking pay machine uses a recording of Sigourney Weaver's voice. Exciting stuff. The BAD: *Tiny parking spaces so expect door dents. You WILL get them. *Fast drivers. People race through here....so as a pedestrian be careful and as a parker be conscientious about how many cars you have piling up behind you when you are trying to squeeze into a tiny spot. *I had a crazy homeless guy expose himself to me on level D, but hey isn't that part of the experience in downtown LA. I called security to spare the next person the trauma. *The elevators only work 30% of the time. Two elevators and for the last 3 months, one has been shut off, and the other is questionable daily. *Traffic can get so bad outside of the lot that the lot will at times back up, so you literally pull out into a line of traffic in the parking garage. *In order to get to the 110 freeway from the Fig exit you must cross 3 lanes of extremely busy traffic to get to the left hand turn lane. This can really keep things exciting *The Flower exit has several pedestrians that walk across it, and it is really a blind spot for drivers. Be CAREFUL not to hit anyone. This lot is good for the Bunker Hill area which would be the Bank of America building, Wells Fargo Center, the twin towers, the CBRE building and the US Bank building. Anything further and I would strongly recommend Pershing Square, a much brighter, bigger and more spacious lot that belongs to the city. read more

I unfortunately have to park here for work as it is the most affordable monthly parking - that must be why the elevator is always down. Currently it has been out of service for over three weeks. Now I of course can use the stairs but if I'm paying nearly $200 a month, all services should be functional or fixed in a reasonable amount of time. read more

So glad I decided to just try it because it all worked out perfect... it was easy walking distance to the hotel (even in heels) and when it was all said and done it was ONLY $14 for the overnight parking. read more

This place is awesome for overnight parking in downtown. Enter after 4:30pm, leave before 6am, only $7!! And they take cash & card. But make sure you enter off 3rd street, otherwise you might be in the wrong lot. So much cheaper than the Bonaventure's $50 valet only parking. ;) read more
