There are several metrowide and nationwide franchises but Suds N' Mud isn't one of them, and I'm glad for this. Right after we moved to where we are staying now, we tried out each of the laundry shops near our place. We all agreed that Suds N' Mud is the best. You can be sure that when you get back your laundry, there will be no funky smells, no leftover starch, and all the dirt and grime will be gone. That the place is popular can be seen by the overflowing stacks of done laundry ready for pick up anytime of the day. They may need to get a bigger place if the number of satisfied customers keeps growing, which is all the time. They will also be honest enough to tell you if they cannot handly your clothes, which was the case when my wife wanted Suds N' Mud to launder a dress she received as a present. The fabric was too sheer and sensitive, they told her. Better to take it to one of the bigger chains which do dry cleaning. One problem I've never had with them is my socks. They always come back in pairs. No losses ever. Just another laundry shop? No, sir. In my book, Suds N' Mud is outstanding.

Staff was so helpful--showed me exactly which washer to use for my bulky comforters and even helped sort colors without me asking. Clothes came out perfectly clean, smelling fresh, and folded neatly. Super affordable too, especially for the quality. Grabbed a milk tea next door while waiting and chilled with the free Wi-Fi. Definitely coming back every week now. Five stars all the way!

Fabricare does dry clean and regular laundry services by the weight. But, if you're on a budget, you can do your laundry yourself as they have several washing machines and dryers here. You'll have to bring your own detergent. I've done my laundry here once and I recommend it if you need some clean clothes as soon as possible, like for example if you're going on a trip and you have zilch to wear. I have no idea what laundry soap they use to make the clothes that are laundered here smell this good. I just know they make it smell good and the smell stays on even while you're wearing the clothes. I wish I knew how to wash clothes like they do. Sometimes, when I'm too lazy to pick the clothes up, I just give them a call and they bring the clothes to my house. And when I'm extra lazy and can't take the clothes to them, they pick it up from the house. Laundry Post, stop spoiling me. I need to learn how to do my own laundry.

When hubby asked them if they can remove the white marks on one of his long-sleeved shirts, they said they won't be able to remove it completely as too much ironing has already wrinkled the fabric, but they can lessen the appearance of the marks. I also admire their guarantee that they don't mix your clothes with other people's clothes when doing the laundry.

They did, however, offer to reduce my bill by half for the late delivery, which I availed myself of, although I would have much preferred to have had the laundry on the day promised. No complaints at all about the quality of the work they do, though. The next four times were perfection again, so nothing wrong with perfection, right? Not the cheapest you can get in this area, the price differential is so small as to be inconsequential.
