They did, however, offer to reduce my bill by half for the late delivery, which I availed myself of, although I would have much preferred to have had the laundry on the day promised. No complaints at all about the quality of the work they do, though. The next four times were perfection again, so nothing wrong with perfection, right? Not the cheapest you can get in this area, the price differential is so small as to be inconsequential.

Staff was so helpful--showed me exactly which washer to use for my bulky comforters and even helped sort colors without me asking. Clothes came out perfectly clean, smelling fresh, and folded neatly.
