This place DAMAGED it so badly that it shrank to 1/3rd of its size. We asked for dry cleaning and it seems they just threw it into the washing machine and dryer YET charged us for dry cleaning (second time ever being dry cleaned, it was brand new). We reported it immediately to the admin and demanded compensation. The admin kept going back and forth with us for months, until we became "too much work" and just dropped us. So we took matters into our own hands and went into the store in person around mid-February, 2026. The person there said that the back-office was messaging us, not them. The store lady seemed genuinely concerned, took multiple pictures, got our number and promised a follow-up within 1-2 business days. Fast forward it has been EXACTLY 1 MONTH since then and still no follow-up whatsoever. They get rid of you any way they can when something goes wrong. There are a MILLION other laundry / dry cleaning places in Manila. Take yours elsewhere! I have all proof including all conversations that occurred. I will be taking them for small claims court. It is not worth my time but it is about the disgusting principle this business does that they ghost you and lie to you the second something goes wrong. They deserve all the bad things this business may face in the future.

My mistake was to not take photos of my clothes before sending them even though I know which clothes I was about to send out. By the time I got my clothes back, it turns out 3 of them were missing( I included 1 photo since I don't have photos of the other 2). All of them were branded shirts (don't mean to brag or something) I tried to contact them and at first I was told that everything was included in the laundry machine which didn't matter because something was missing. I tried to tell them what was missing and haven't gotten any response from them. I also called them and they were not picking up, until I decided to got to their shop and let them know. The lady who spoke to me said the same thing and was trying to convince me that it's impossible that some of my clothes were missing UNTIL the other lady told me it happens sometimes when clothes mixed up with their other clients. They even showed me a basket full of clothes (lost & found) which was returned to them by other HONEST peaople. At the end they got my details to which hotel I'm staying and contact number but I never heard from them until I left the country (which I told them that I was just on vacation). P.S. I just later found out about the bad reviews about their business, had I known it before hand I would NEVER go to this establishment. What a shame!! Esp their located in BGC.

You just need to let them know how would you like to wash it, as well as if you like to press it. The only thing you have to watch is to make sure that you remember what clothes you've send because since they have lots of customers you cant remove the fact that may lost some of your favorite pants, shirt or as little of a pair of sock. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Just make sure you communicate well to them in regards of your clothes.

The team was super attentive, explained everything clearly, and even caught a small tear I hadn't noticed on one shirt before it got worse. You'll have to end up buying new clothes since there's no repairing the damage their "alterations" have done. Hemming- kita the stitches outside. They said they didn't have the machine that could hide the stitches, so even if they repeated the job, the effect would be the same. I wish they had the courtesy to say that in the first place. Stitching - they only used ONE thread that could easily break if the item was stretched. Specifics were not followed despite repeated instructions- they ruined the silhouette of the clothes despite having agreed to leave allowance for comfort. No going back from that. Worst of all- deadma ang customer service. Take it or leave it. Terrible experience, mapapa walk out ka na lang. Please please please do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this place. Just dropped off a big load of laundry last weekend and wow, Quicklean really delivered. The…read moremachines are super modern and everything got done in under an hour like they promise. Staff was so helpful--showed me exactly which washer to use for my bulky comforters and even helped sort colors without me asking. Clothes came out perfectly clean, smelling fresh, and folded neatly. Super affordable too, especially for the quality. Grabbed a milk tea next door while waiting and chilled with the free Wi-Fi. Definitely coming back every week now. Five stars all the way!
