I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing. Overall, the process lacked transparency and accountability. Between lost items, incorrect charges, and missing credits, I wouldn't trust them with high-value pieces again.
