Great customer service the other day we had to come back and exchange a pair of sneakers that we had purchased and they were so kind efficient courteous, and helpful everything about Metromix is done in such a professional matter. They have such a great collection of sneakers like Hoka New Balance On Adidas and even authorized dealers for UGG and North Face. This mall has easy parking in the front or downstairs. Everyone has at least a single store that causes them to feel buyer's remorse. A store that whenever they walk past, they remember a terrible experience that made them feel robbed. Metromix is such a store for me. In the 21st century, clothing stores have a return policy. Full refund after X number of days. It's so commonplace, that you assume it when you shop. If a store does not have a return policy, which is the case at Metromix, then they should make it very clear. For example, All Saints has such a policy and they have a sign right at the register. Metromix does not. You only find out when you want to return an item. Trying to pull one over on a customer is incredibly stupid because you lose business in the long run. "Gotcha!" should not be your store's motto. Their website talks AT LENGTH about their dedication to customer service and ensuring that customers have a good experience. Amazed at how this store at 4.5 stars. Yes, they may have a decent selection of shoes, but the sales associates are not knowledgable about any of them. I went in looking for a running sneaker and no one in the store (there were 3 people) were helpful in any way. Some people, like me, don't buy sneakers strictly for the way they look. Just recently visited this store on our way to vacation. We have stopped into this store a few times and we have always been greeted with pleasantries and positive attitudes. Today we decided to pop in to pickup a few last minute items and the staff was extremely helpful. My fiancé was looking for sandals and they were very service oriented and provided her with a variety options and never seemed impatient as we tried to decide on a final pair. I always appreciate strong service so in order to support this location I purchased a few new items for myself as well. I give 2 stars only for the customer service. The people who work there were a pleasure and incredibly helpful. But my complaint is the refund policy. I made an expensive purchase ($1000 to be exact), and at no point was I told that returns were store credit only. I'm not sure what kind of business allows someone to make any purchase, let alone such an expensive purchase and then does not warn them that there isn't a full refund. That is something that should be disclosed immediately. I find that very shady... Very disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone. read more

I don't know if they were youth in the Men's section or not, but I was assisted by two people in there so that shouldn't be the case.
