The process and attentiveness from Brian especially through the design and proposal process along with his expertise in the design and material selection instilled a lot of confidence. They were not the cheapest company that we found, but they were very competitive along with the confidence they instilled through the process that set them apart from the others. When going through our usage history with the utility alongside of our site plan, Brian made specific recommendations to accommodate as many panels as we would need to both maximize production efficiency with a better, and more compact panel alongside an ideal microinverter to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Once we committed to move forward at the end of March, Kirsten and the team were on top of a pre-install site survey and all of the permit applications and approvals with the HOA, City and power utility and everything was approved to move forward within 3 weeks. Installation was promptly scheduled for the following week and the installation crew were prompt, courteous and professional. A couple of installation curveballs came up from the time of the onsite survey to installation and they were able to handle with ease. The final install was very clean and perfectly done. The City electric inspector said verbatim that he wished all of the solar system installations were this well done. I'm not exaggerating that statement in any way. I have had a very positive experience from start to finish with Solar Side Up and will absolutely recommend them to others looking to move forward with Solar. They were very easy to work with from start to finish and treated me like a fellow human being, which I found the most valuable. I felt this was a partnership versus just getting another sale.

Jason has been my main guy, and he was so responsive, and easy to work with. They came and fix every single issue that I had. 2 years ago we had a huge hail, but none of the solar panels were damaged. But we had to claim insurance and take the panels off and put them back on. Suntalk has been easy to work with, and they rewire everything, even put better insulations on the wirings. I had pigeons trying to make nests under the panels, and they put nets and guards around. Yesterday, I just realized that my SolarEdge data was not updating since March 3rd. Called Jason, and he told me how to reset the communication module, and everything is good now. This is a recommendation for Cascade Solar, a company of which I am a new customer. A friend recommended Cascade Solar to me when I was shopping for home solar systems last summer. After talking to half dozen vendors, I decided the most professional and knowledgeable was Cascade Solar. My sales rep was Cory O. Cory laid out several different options for me and spent time fine tuning the system design to my needs. I had lots of questions and Cory addressed them all. Cascade's proposed installation would use top grade components, yet the price was the most reasonable for the kilowatts-hours produced. I placed my order in August, then installation was delayed somewhat by Xcel's approval process. Final installation occurred early December and it was seamless. Since then, the panels have exceeded my expectations. I contacted Cascade with a query a few weeks after install and the reply was prompt. I'd use Cascade again. If you are in the market for home solar, I recommend that you get a quote from them.

After moving in, the inverter started throwing an error code every day. Nnnnooooooooooo... I don't know if you know, but SolarCity has been acquired by Tesla and Tesla... doesn't answer the phone... or emails... I tried. Very hard. Every day. Tesla sucks. Desperate to solve the issue at MY NEW HOUSE, I started calling solar companies around the metro area and no one could or would offer any help. Until I found Bryan. He told me exactly what to do to find out what was wrong and see if the inverter could get repaired for free. Sure enough the problem was covered under warranty by the manufacturer, and two weeks later Bryan came out to fix it at no cost to me.

My panels consistently under performed after they reinstalled them as well. I would not recommend them - there are plenty of other vendors that you should consider first.

Thankfully, Namaste sent me and email informing me of the situation as well as the looming deadline. That's taking care of their customer. I'll that, a year or so ago, I had to install a new roof on my house. Namaste was very responsive and coordinated the work necessary to remove and reinstall my panels. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent! Making a substantial investment to purchase my system, I couldn't be more satisifed with the quality of their work, their customers service, and their willingness to stand behind what they do. Most recently, he also had to replace wires on my solar panels (due to squirrel damage). Due to the squirrel problem, he recommended and installed mesh around the panels to prevent recurrence. His prices have all been very reasonable. Owner Joe Dudek is professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. He is very serious about offering the best customer service and a quality installation. I'm grateful that we selected CCS Solar when we were researching our initial install.
