I was skeptical despite home inspection since previous owners had been less than honest, replacing new stack W/D with an old worn out one ( suit filed) But I digress...the young Tech from Stan's arrived on time. He was thorough and helpful. He gave good comments on why performance was what it is and made helpful suggestions to get the best from the system. They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service.
