There almost always seems to be a line up.
It used to be they held your money for 1 week. Which was quite frustrating. Now it's less than 24 hours they receive the money in the Philippines. The usual line up of people sending money to their loved ones. Debit gets a slightly higher rate and I'm not sure why. There is a water dispenser for patrons which is nice. The walls have 2 clocks 1 with Manila time and the other for Vancouver. A standard piece of paper with today's rate. Usually a transaction is just like a bank . However in regards to sending an amount above $5000 the information requirements can seem some what invasive, in regards to privacy. The neighborhood is full of Filipino stores.
