Staff were very polite, restaurant looked big, open, spacious, and very clean. I really liked how on the order board, we can see updates on our order and how many minutes it should be ready in. That really helps us organize our patience, loved it.
Brownies felt like raw batter and just wouldn't cook more when we put the entire tin tray over our fire (home during power out), but one of us realized the reason was because they use a lot of chocolate chips that melt and change the texture to be like that. They all enjoyed it.
The mini cinamon buns were very cute, but too raw and soft, non of us really liked them and we didn't feel like finishing off their cooking over the fire. If we had power, it would had been worth it to put them in the oven.
Got 3 pizzas. 1 was supposed to be a bigger size, and they had made the mistake of making them all the same, but they told us right away and reimbursed us the 5$ difference without hesitation, which was really nice of them.
Their indien butter chicken sauce was not highly enjoyed, but it wasn't terrible, just the least liked among us.
Their Alfredo sauce /hawaiian/ spicy, etc etc ... was tied in "1st place" with their maple bacon mexican type, but I wasn't amused by their lack of fire in their "spicy" versions of anything.
None of the mixtures we put together really stood out for me. I will try it again, because their ingredients are individually good, doesn't feel like crap. I just wasn't amuzed by how thick the pizza dough was in comparison to how thin all the cheeze and toppings were, it really felt like I was bread with a few melted things ontop. I wouldn't have minded some dipping sauces, the others I was with did not share my opnion on the bread to toppings ratio, and thought it was fine.
We didn't enoy their boneless fried chicken pieces. They weren't bad, they were just not really worth bothering with. The batter was thick and crispy, the meat inside was tender, the honey garlic dipping sauce was good (and I enjoyed using it as a dipping sauce for their "pizzas"), but the dish isn't really made for sharring, very small 5 pieces. Reminded us of an alternate version of general tao, which is normally fun and great, but didn't win with the crowd tonight.
Spent around 60-75$ for all of this, only 3 of us ate, still had the equivalent of 1 full pizza left, I think they were mediums? Still worth trying again, as they are quite cheap. Cardboard pizza boxes made excellent fire kindling!
