Shout out to Rick for helping me on 3/21/24 with a new phone I had bought at another store with…read morezero help. First he taped the badly cracked screen of my old phone so I could use it. Then he easily transferred my contacts over to my new phone, He couldn't transfer my photos directly since my phone was incompatible with the appropriate transfer app, but he uploaded them all to the Google cloud and showed me how to access them on my new phone. He also informed me that my old phone would work with Wi-Fi, and I could access my old messages and any files on the phone, and connect to the internet. I had no idea. Rick was friendly, professional, and above all, helpful! I highly recommend.

They then sold me insurance and told me to call back in about 45 days and they'd fix it then for $39. ok, I did as I was instructed. An hour before the appt, they called and cancelled it. told me to put in a claim thru the app. I did, and of course it was denied for preexisting damage. Shame on me for listening to them but also....? I had said I would live with the damage and now I'm out two mos insurance premiums. These guys are shady.
