A dreadful horrible experience and I will never use this awful ever again. The office had the audacity to turnaround THEIR brazen errors to look as if they were my fault!! They refused to admit their shortcomings! They blatantly "claim" they didn't have the correct information. I confirmed three times and the information was correct!!! I just don't like liars and and this company is extremely dishonest and rude. They throw their customer skills out the window if they ever had any at all. The people I spoke to on the phone had very few English language skills and were outrageously rude, obnoxious, even nasty! They were also extremely condescending towards me when all I wanted them to do was to correct their mistake. It's hard for me to talk about this company without cursing. I had to reschedule my appointment because I arrived via their non-English speaking and rather scary driver ( drove like a maniac) more than 45 minutes late through no fault of my own! despite the fact that this is not my fault, this repulsive and very repugnant service tried to turn this heinous situation around and make it (me a disabled individual who is dying of cancer) my fault!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't recommend this company at and I hope they go out of business soon to alleviate disabled and seriously ill New Yorkers from their histrionics and terror! read more

picture is worth a thousand words...and i have over one thousand curse words for this company. the staff are fake sons of bitches and liars. even their picture is fake and looks like a fake cheesy spanish novela and they all are probably sleeping with each other. if you have an appointment for dialysis and you dont want to go...then call metro luxury for negligence cause your call is that important to them. if you are a cancer patient and you have a chemo appointment and you feel like missing it.. call metro luxury cause their recording states that they're "under new management and provide patients rides to their appointment on time." which is a lie. if its a life and death matter and you are in serous need of transportation. or have a very important appointment you can't miss do not i repeat do not call metro luxury. they dont even deserve this one star so i'm give them the SHIT EMOJI!!! read more

The best cab service. The driver was very patient and understanding when I told him I had a little longer on my treatment, most cab have left. But he waited and asked was I okay which meant a lot. He seen that I was not feeling good ans he kept talking to me to keep my mind off of it. I've enjoyed using Metro Luxury out of all of the transportation services that my insurance has provided. The staff is friendly and PROFESSIONAL, the drivers are polite and value being ON TIME! I like that I receive a text message letting me know the details of the car, plate number etc. All the other transportation providers I've had from my insurance were horrible. When it comes for pick up time they are usually on time, there's been a few times they came super late & I ended up having to take an uber because I was gonna be late to my appointment. Pickup time is worst they take close to an hour because they are trying to locate a driver. But overall it's ok they can do better. read more
