They have either the weirdest schedule times for pickups, no enough drivers available or trying to cater (rack up) too many riders (aka funds) at one time that as a customer, it throws your entire day off balance. They used to be very prompt. Drivers, and even dispatchers, had a lot more courtesy. However, it's a thin line these days. They have fallen from a trusted company to a just maybe. Not as desirable as they used to be and known for. They have fallen from great to good to just mid. More frustration than accommodation. read more

This transportation service is completely unreliable. My scheduled pickup was for 8:30 AM for a 9:40 AM appointment. Instead, the driver called at 7:30 AM and showed up at 7:45--almost a full hour early with no warning. This isn't a one-time issue. It's happened repeatedly, and they never mention that it's a shared ride. It's clear they're overbooking and cramming too many people into one route to save money, while making patients feel like we're the problem for not being ready at random times. Yesterday, another passenger was late for their own appointment because of this same mess. When I brought it up, all I got was excuses about traffic. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a transportation company. Horrible customer service. Poorly organized and unreliable information. Inconsistent drivers that lack communication skills. Whatever you do stay far, far, far away. Unless you want to be waiting for more than 2 hours and for them to tell you the car is outside but isn't. No car and no one answers the phone. Had a great trip to the office with Jorge who was a prompt and professional driver, he arrived early and called to let me know & then waited until I was ready, very quick trip and the tracking is a nice feature. Great trip and arrived early! Thank you Jorge. I had to adjust my pickup time and the company was very accommodating, and had a driver dispatched quickly. For my pickup trip I had Murad, who complained about the distance he had to drive, insulted my appearance on a phone call in front of me, and then extensively used his phone while driving, which was already a bad idea without the rain. Because I had a great first trip, and also have never had such a shocking experience from any transportation service, I have no reason to believe that Metro would endorse the driver's behavior, but based on my own experience I will have to leave a mixed review. read more

Today was the first and the last time I am using the Metro Luxury Inc as my medical transportation company because it is absolutely unreliable company. The first ride to my appointment was OK and on time although the car was smelling bad. The return ride... Well, it never happended because the company refused to provide the ride. Apparently, they "did not have a car in the area" even though the service was requested and scheduled 2 days in advance for the ride to and from the appointment. The operator on the phone sounded disrespectful and not caring at all. This kind of service is unacceptible for the company "providing" medical transportation. read more

first of all I waited for darn near a hour after initial call. When I would call to inquire about how close my driver was, they kept telling me they still had to find a driver, when the last operator told me it'll be 20 minutes. This happened about two times. once the driver did arrive he was at the wrong address. he never called me to say he was there. I had to call him to see where he was at. He was no help in saying where he was and he seemed to be the one upset!?? after five minutes of going back and forth I had to ask him to just beep his horn. He stressed where I was at was a one way street, it really was a two way street. I had to walk a whole block just to get to the in the car. It was dark and ice was on the ground. And I am disable!! once in the car he was on video chat the entire ride. I have no problem with other languages, but to here it the whole ride was very annoying!! a terrible whole ride altogether. this happened on 1/22/25. He complained about the circular driveway, the construction of the bldg, why the hospital didn't choose the 1st floor. He didn't shut up. The dispatchers don't return call when a ride information is incorrect. Sometimes the dispatchers can have an attitude and have poor listening skills. The drivers that are hired are mainly males who are rude, I'll mannered and impatient. This type of behavior is the complete opposite of what disabled patients need, they don't wait for me to come down, hang up call mid conversation and sometimes don't offer help while placing a mobility aid in vehicle. Diplo is way worse so I've been stuck with Metro for about a year. read more

Slow nor Fast overall the drivers are good. I receive a call to confirm my trip to the destination frequently the night before. I'm aware things happen but there's been quite a handful of times where I'm late for my appointment because the base dispatches the ride on the minute and the ride don't arrive at the hour they scheduled too. Driver didnt call when she arrived and was a block away. Unresponsive when I tried to ask if she was picking me up from my actual location. I called for assistance and the woman in the phone was rude and unprofessional. Company cancelled my trip for no reason and caused me a hassle. Not recommended at all! Do better!! read more
