First time using them and probably the last time. Paid for the works wash and it left a haze on the car and did a very poor job on the bugs on the front even though we had only a few bugs. Looks like we left with all the bugs we came with. I feel like 2 stars is generous. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while and the service is consistently top-notch. I actually had to replace my license plate a few times because it kept getting bent in the wash, so I finally mentioned it to the staff. They went above and beyond--they straightened out my latest bent plate and even gave me a free metal cover to prevent it from happening again. That kind of proactive care is rare! I also find the wash quality here to be much better than their Coeur d'Alene location. I used to consistently get water marks at the CdA spot, but never at this location. The amenities are great, too. The vacuums always have strong suction and actually work, and I really appreciate that they now provide towels in addition to the dash wipes. It makes it easy to get a perfect finish. If you're choosing between locations, this is definitely the one to go to! read more

Even after going thru this wash 3 times, my hood and complete rear of my 4runner wasnt even touched by any brushes and not cleaned. Asked the attendant and was told that they have it set to not wash top and back because of my roof rack... what a joke! Its all factory stock items. When I lay for a wash I would like it to be cleaned! Do better Metro in Post Falls! Never had any issues at any other locations. read more

Gimme a moment to explain why I'm giving just 1 star. I've been to 4 locations however this particular location literally broke my license plate and the holder off!! And that's why I'm choosing this specific location. (Although the other locations kinda suck too). I purchased the $29.99 a month plan and during the summer, used it often. I wasnt overly impressed with the car wash itself but I was onboard for the convenience of it. They have locations close to my job, and close to where I shop. It made my life easier to pop in and try to get my car pretty. This past Saturday, Dec 2023, as I went through and "heard a noise". Didn't think anything of it until my husband who was cleaning the outside of my car (after a car wash!) noticed my front plate was gone. Oooohhhhh, that's the noise I heard! I went inside and told the girl working there that I think my plate fell off during my car wash. She went in the back; came back less than 1 minute later and handed me my front license plate. I barely got an apology for breaking my car. I politely asked to cancel my service and was handed a business card and told to "call them". (Corporate). So, I called and I spoke with Jacob. I explained what happened and he seemed genuine. I really liked him and felt he was upset it happened, he was upset at useless girls attitude and I felt like he was gonna make sure SOMEONE called me, either the location manager or the regional manager or both. Come today, late Monday morning, no call. Disappointed, I called and spoke with Jacob. Yeah: he was bummed someone didn't call either but he was happy to cancel my service. Buyer beware. If you want to pay $30 a month for a lousy all-you-can-drive-through car wash, Metro is your jam! Me, I like my hard earned money. I hate when I don't get my monies worth. I'll pass on Metro. So this week I go to metro with my unlimited pass, and was denied entry. Agent comes over (50 ish man) and he proceeds to tell me my account is suspended. I lose my cool. This is impossible, I tell him I don't use it much but my card is charged like clockwork each month, just charged TODAY as a matter of fact. So he "allows" me a wash, I get my car washed, then go inside to find out what has happened. Long story short, some jack ass stole my account and was using it at their cda location in a white mustang. I tell him I've never used it and to fix this. He does, but he also screws me out of the introductory offer of 19.99 a month and I'm now charged 29.99..... I'm cancelling today. These crooks used bait and switch, screwed me over and are now trying to swindle me. NOT ever doing business with this shady company again. read more

The manager, CHRIS, should be fired. He falsely claims he is the "top" of metro, and that there is nobody above him (comical) when he is just some guy who owns a broke down ice cream truck and happens to be competent enough to be a bare minimum manager (multiple people have issues with this guy) he is rude to locals after damaging their vehicles and avoiding them and accountability. METRO DAMAGED MY WINDSHIELD. their security cameras prove that. Yet, Chris is avoiding accountability. If they showed me the footage and by some miracle showed I was at fault, I would back off. (it would never show there was damage there; because there wasn't) You think they would want to shut me up and show me the footage but NOPE. As stated on the phone to me, it would not benefit them to show me. BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE DAMAGE HAPPENED THERE. There is a scrape (presumably from something in their machines) leading up to the "chip" that turned into a full crack. IN THE BLACK PART. the easiest to see part because its not transparent like the glass. Furthermore. Chris (before he ever even spoke with me or met me) decided he was going to violate their 72 hour call back policy by calling me at the 90th hour (not answering when I called back within 10 minutes) and avoiding me until Monday because he said "I could tell you were going to be a lot" SIR, YOU CANNOT PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH POLICIES YOU FOLLOW. YOU CANNOT SELECTIVELY CHOOSE THE CUSTOMERS, EITHER. I was super kind and pleasant until oyou messed up my car and then Austin, the child who took my intake report, was already attempting to gaslight, dismiss and manipulate me. I'M THE WRONG ONE. SO, I would appreciate Bill/William Martin or Derek Martin or legal representation to Metro to reach out to me in a timely manner. read more

Can't use the PF location because it rips windshield wipers and license plate covers off my vehicle. Went to the CdA location today and my unlimited pass wouldn't work. It took two people to help me. The first said I didn't make my payment and the second said it was their fault but claimed I was only signed up for the $10 wash and made ME the reason why the pass didn't work. You are going to lose a lot of customers with errors like this, not to mention a staff that can't keep their stories straight. read more

The new Hiway 41 Metro is run by an honest, sincere, caring, and responsible Chris, the manager. He's a great guy because he runs the place with integrity, as if it was his own - meaning he'll go the extra mile to keep his customers happy. If you ever have a concern, contact him. My lifted new Ford Excursion's mudflaps came out of the wash tucked up under the wheels. But by the time I verified it was caused by the Metro cleaning brushes, they were damaged & looked bad. Chris went that extra mile by acknowledging Metro's responsibility [a very rare occurrence among businesses now a days], and made me an offer that resolved the problem and made me a customer happy enough to write this review...and I really don't have the time to write this but Hiway 41Metro's Chris deserves it. Also, I'm so glad there's a Metro closer by now & on my way home from work! It's tough now a days to find a business that runs with integrity like Metro does. read more

Miss the good old days where you go to a car wash and aren't harassed about signing up for a membership. I get you're trying to "save us money" but sometimes people just want a wash. If I want to go every day multiple times a day it would be one thing, but it's usually once a month and at that point I'd be saving myself a few bucks for one more wash. If I'm worried about spending an extra $20-30 then I would be using the self wash at car wash plaza and come here for free vacuums. Now to the employees. I get you have a business to run but breaking stuff on peoples cars constantly and then getting a "oh we will try to look tonight". They never look because they would rather hurry up and leave after working a long day. Can't lie though it would be nice if you returned stuff broken and not having a lost and found filled with stuff you end up dumping in the trash anyways. Canceling memberships is a joke. So you can sell me a pass, then harass me every time I come through with a different vehicle, but canceling is a "huge process" somehow and then we get ushered out of the line. Wouldn't bother going into the lobby unless I paid for a wash first because their parking lot sucks. Boss is completely rude and looks like the kind of guy who says he works all day but if he's not closing leaves early but persecutes his employees if they ask to do the same. Surprised his crew even get breaks because he seems like the kind of person who wouldn't give his employees their breaks. read more

On Sunday my husband unknowingly vacuumed up my wedding ring. He forgot I had taken it off because it was bothering my finger on our car ride home from Thanksgiving. Within an hour he returned to your location and explained to the girl what had happened. It was already dark. Apparently the canisters had already been emptied, but just dumped into the dumpster, not a bag of any sort. He tried digging through the dumpster but it was dark out, and spent a good hour trying to find it. She was kind and did help and said she would call him tomorrow after looking a little more after closing. She didn't. So today I came Mondaymorning to try and look in daylight. Before coming I tried to call. I chose the "speak to team member" option and sat on hold for 16 minutes. No one answered. When I entered the office the manager came out and was immediately rude to me. I told him he should change the giant sign on the wall that says you are there to help your customers.... I told him that the canisters had been dumped but not in a bag as he said was protocol. He seemed to care less that I had lost my antique heirloom wedding ring from the 1930s.... it is not replaceable. I am absolutely devastated. He proceeded to rant at me that it could be anywhere, in a tube or canister or whatever and that I'm out of luck. Also, that they dumped the trash already before opening. Would it have been that hard to have some kindness? Or to maybe hold the dumpster knowing I was coming back? Or... to maybe actually bag your contents so if something like this did happen that a customer could take the trash home themselves and sort through it if they chose to? I didn't ask for someone to do it for me. I asked for a bag of grimy gross garbage to take home and dig through in hopes of finding my ring. I get that it wasn't your fault, it was ours. But the customer service I received will make us change our mind and cancel our membership that we have had for years. A little kindness goes a long way. Helping someone find a priceless but expensive wedding ring that I will never see again really did matter. Your manager was a complete a** to me in front of my two little girls and I was already distressed enough. Do you put your customers first? No. Absolutely not. And nothing can make this right. I will never see my ring again... you guys made sure of that. There was hope last night but not today. I can't afford to buy a new one even if I wanted to right now with the holidays so near and medical expenses from this year. I will make sure all my reviews on every site I can find will share this experience too.
