They went above and beyond--they straightened out my latest bent plate and even gave me a free metal cover to prevent it from happening again. That kind of proactive care is rare! I also find the wash quality here to be much better than their Coeur d'Alene location. I used to consistently get water marks at the CdA spot, but never at this location. The amenities are great, too. The vacuums always have strong suction and actually work, and I really appreciate that they now provide towels in addition to the dash wipes. It makes it easy to get a perfect finish. If you're choosing between locations, this is definitely the one to go to!
