I got passed around through multiple people because no one really knew what they were doing or how much my total was. Even though they INSISTED on me staying (to collect commission i'm sure) I then paid an activation fee of $30 (which was supposed to be all I had to pay) but then said I also needed to pay $235 at the end as well all of a sudden. wouldn't refund my money because the manager was leaving, told me to come back later so basically just stole my money for doing nothing. Said to call T-Mobile who cannot track me as I have no account number or service with them since my money went to nothing so that helped 0% and while they were supposedly trying to figure it out, just hung up on me while there were 2 hour waits on the phone line. Update: couldn't get help from the store location or over the phone, I decided to go with a different company completely. Now have new phone service, no hassle or hidden fees. T-Mobile just lost a MINIMUM 3 years of service (if not a lifetime) from me because of this location. Will be contacting BBB about T-Mobile and Amtel LLC. Also T-Mobile's website and app configurations/setup is extremely lacking in ease and efficiency

    First of all, the handicap spot for the store takes some serious skills when you are in a…read morewheelchair. The cut in for the sidewalk is narrower than ADA law and the parking spot itself is only just within ADA laws. Then going in, let's say seeing an older person in a wheelchair is a bullseye for the tactless sales pitch. I've visited this store 2 times and both times I felt as if I had been suckered. Last visit I stopped in to get a tablet. The Galaxy tab 9a I got was not at all what I was expecting in both storage and RAM. The storage I could live with using Sim cards but the RAM, had they told me how little RAM there was I would not have gotten it. They were busy so maybe they were just wanting to rush the crippled old fart out the door or maybe they just didn't care. My next visit (and will be the last one.) I went in to replace a damaged phone. I still owed money on the phone but assumed there would be enough on the trade to cover that cost. They wouldn't even discuss the trade and said my bill will only be a little bit higher for a couple months. (I don't believe it.) The woman was helpful with getting the smart switch going but then tried to push a new otter box and screen saver for an exorbitant price. The otter box alone was almost 30 bucks higher. Then there was a push for a new smart watch, and I was wearing a lot better and more expensive smart watch at the time. Believe it or not someone in a wheelchair can be an athlete and yes I am and complete on a national level. Then there was an issue I've been trying to address for a while of a mistry phone number on my account. She wouldn't cancel it and at my last visit they wouldn't cancel it either. I've been going to this store for the convenience of location, now if I keep T Mobile I'll be going to a different location

    It would be a lot better if you did not have to give your info to two separate employees, three…read moretimes in order to pay your monthly bill! The employee who served me also did not have a name tag on.
