I am very disappointed. I asked for some help with lighting issues around my pool. They were so…read morenice and willing when we first met, but then 3 visits later, promise after promise to fix my problem, and nothing. I tried calling Anthony (the electrician working with us) numerous times and no answer. I called their main number and left messages. No response. I finally sent a certified letter which got their attention. Anthony called back with apologies. "It's on me", he said. He promised to make it right with no further charges. He came and still the problem was not fixed. He was convinced the problem was a transformer. We'll at this point, not only was my problem not fixed, the light inside my pool quit working (it was fine before Anthony did any work). In the mean time, fall arrived and it was time to close the pool. I thought it best to wait until this spring for Anthony to come back as the winter cover was on and the light in the pool was not visible. He agreed, but requested we pay $1300, promising to complete the job come Spring. Well, spring came and 3 texts to Anthony were left unanswered. I sent another certified letter to Pellman's office and this has been ignored. Today, my father in law, a carpenter from upstate NY, was in visiting us, and in 15 minutes he figured out we had a bad breaker. A quick visit to Lowe's and a $50 breaker fixed the issue. My Father In law builds homes for a living, so he knows lots of things, but should not be able to embarrass a certified electrician on an electrical issue. I think I am due a refund (maybe they deserve 2 or $300) for showing up at all, but not fixing the issue and then running with my money is not fair. Fortunately, my business partner's son is a lawyer, so small claims court is in the future unless I am made satisfied. Now off to other review services to spread the word.

Like an extension to my family-- Nat, Melanie, and Kealey offered advice at each phase of my journey. They offered educational checklists, followed through on state-issued death certificates, delighted in an order of customized St. Jude prayer cards, and answered each impromptu call on life insurance policies. I trusted their word. I found friendship in their hugs. Even with my trusted binder of notes by my side, I found relief in knowing I could fall back on their grace when I came up short on estate planning. Some decisions are just easier to make with a knowledgeable friend at your side. The team knew when to guide and when to respect the pace of grief, especially upon Dad's departure from our home. Nat leaned into sorrow knowing exactly how to remind me of Dad's presence, "Would you like to carry Dad down the aisle?" I found the necessary confidence to tackle estate planning, as an only daughter to an unwed father. I know it was Dad's most sincere last gift to me to place me in the hands of the Pantalone team. I found the loving presence of God in their oversight.
