I have been in the 7 levels of hell for the past month trying to switch to a new wireless carrier…read morefrom T-MOBILE who claims they have good deals for a military family but then does a "bait and switch" charging you far more than you want to pay. AT&T spent the last month not doing their job while T-Mobile kept preventing the phone lines from "porting" and gave us a hard time every single phone call we made. THANKFULLY we stopped into this VERIZON STORE where DEVIN and his manager HEATHER not only spent the time to get us fully switched but found us every possible discount and made switching so easy. I WILL NEVER LEAVE VERIZON! I would rather have a ROOT CANAL unmedicated than go through the trouble of trying to switch wireless carriers again. The VERIZON representative explained everything, were consummate professionals and made a very difficult switch EASY! My boys now have brand new IPHONEs and they even gave us credit back for the phones we traded in!! Absolutely BRILLIANT SERVICE!! Thank you VERIZON, thank you DEVIN and HEATHER! You have customers for life!! I cannot RECOMMEND THIS VERIZON STORE ENOUGH!

FRAUD, THEFT & DECEPTION In November we switched from…read moreSpectrum to Verizon for our cellular Business needs. We know some people at your locations in Palm Bay so they brought the devices to us in Flagler Beach and set up the account from my home on a company laptop. Since then we have had nothing but problems. We got 3 devices and they were assigned temporary numbers until they switched to our phone numbers later that day. We then paid for 6 lines for months. We traded 3 devices, 2 of which were less than 1 year old, and were told for 3 Verizon devices 2 would be free and the would be 10 or 15 a month. We now have a device payment of over $1000. We were told because we switched we would be credited for almost 3 months of services due to current promotional offers. We have gotten shut-off notices every single month. We have called your main customer service several times and were told the issues were rectified and credits were issued. They were not. We called the locations, but the employee would not answer or return our calls. We went to our local location only to be told the only people who could help us were the ones who set it up. This is absolute insanity. I want to end service immediately, credit for all your mistakes, and given 3 devices at least equal to what we gave you. We got another notice today despite multiple texts to your employee's personal phone. Please rectify our situation immediately. Thank you

Dont understand- They used to be great, now....I am wondering if the price is worth the falling customer support. 1/8 - The stores are becoming overly busy and today they informed me that the product we needed (insured screen cover) was not in stock. 9-10 days for delivery? They can order it from amazon and drop shop it for a week faster service.

I bought a screen saver from this store and it started to come off in a matter of weeks. I took it…read morein and some "Miss Piggy" type African American told me in no uncertain terms that nothing could be done, since I did not have a T-Mobile Account. I take if back a few days later and this young man, the store manager looked at it and replaced it, telling me that he could approve it for me. This screen saver began to loosen and come off a week later. I took it back and they said there was nothing they could do about it, since I was not a T-Mobile account holder. I explained that i bought it from them, they installed it, along with the case I bought and they installed. I told them that I purchased it there, they installed it but they said, "It must be your phone" and offered nothing more! I would NOT recommend this store and especially not if "Miss Piggy" is still working there. Terrible customer service and a total "rip off" if you don't have an account with T-Mobile, of course, they didn't tell me that when they sold me the product !!! So unless you expect to be taken by this store, stay away.
