Okie dokie here we go ..after waiting for another Metro PCs store at 8:30with their wrong Hours on imperial hwy, I came here. The young lady who assisted me actually really took the time to help me considering that it was a line however I will say that out of two agent one person was there not sure if she was the owner's daughter or if she was actually working that but she was no help 16 about seven people sitting there and decided to just stand there get on her phone don't eat her food in the back room and then come back get her belongings her backpack purse and still didn't help for people walked out I could never understand that however because of this I have to give four stars and not five but my review is solely based on the young lady assistant me. She was able to give me a great discount here in the phones that I was actually upgrading with just three I got the same numbers walk by over paying about 170 a phone and I have to give it to her she had patients thank you so much and I appreciate it read more

I asked several times of my bill was going to change. She looked at me and told me no each time. Then, I get the message from Metro that my new monthly bill is going to be twenty seven dollars higher. It's honestly not even about the money. It's that she lied to my face. I'll be making a formal complaint with consumer affairs as well. read more

Terrible service unfortunately. It used to be quick and easy and I love this metro but now it takes hours to just get a new phone. I do not recommend, I was not clearly informed that the phone I wanted was not physically near by. I was told "yes it's here in the warehouse we'll have it quickly" I was only told after I purchased the phone that it would actually take an hour and actually took longer. On top of that I had to pay the extra delivery fee. Do not waste your time here! Wouldn't even give a 1 star too bad that's the lowest I can give. read more

I had the most unpleasant experience today at this store . I bought a phone a two year ago from metro used it for a few months then disconnected it . Today I decided that I wanted to transfer to another carrier .in order do so it needs to be unlocked . Well this is when it gets interesting. I decided to go into the store and request to have the phone unlocked . I was helped by a sales Rep . She was nice at first ,when she couldn't help she asked the assistant manger to come over . He informed me that I needed to have the phone activate for 6 months straight and the phone would unlock itself . I told him that for unforeseen circumstances I decided to not to keep the phone active. But it was paid in full ,all I need was to unlock it . He said that it could not be done but that one of his colleagues had a program to unlock the phone . I went along with it and asked how much his colleague would charge . He came back and said it would cost me $150 and that he would need to keep the phone for two day . Seriously!! What fool do you think I am . He then said Look this is pretty much the only option you have . At that point I asked for a card with the corporate number in other to talk to someone either than him . This is when he introduced himself as the assistant manager and said that he wouldn't give me a card but would write the number down . I asked for his name and the name of the Manager ,he handed me the paper with the written information and I left . As I was walking to my car they didn't noticed that my son Stayed behind, as he got in the car he said that both the female sales representative and the assistant manager laughing and talking about me in a derogatory manner . This is when I decided to call The number .. To my pleasant surprise he wrote the number wrong .. I don't want to think he did it on purpose but at this point who knows . read more

I went there to port in phone it took two hours and couldn't transfer the number from another carrier even tho I already paid for the phone and when asked for refund they charged me activation fee for a phone that was never activated I would not recommend this place. read more

Most of the people who work at this Metro are so rude! I have read how people complain a lot about how bad the customer service in this store is, but I am wondering if the boss of this metro has done something about it, or if he has ignore all the bad comments. I went there a few days ago, and a woman named Stephanie came over to "help me", but instead of helping me, she just started to talk all rude to me, I asked her why she was being so rude, and she just laughed in my face, then she went to the back, to do who knows what and made me wait for her for almost 25 minutes. I don't understand how people like her are working as customer service "assistant managers", because if she treated me "a customer" like that, I can't even imagine how bad she might treat her coworkers. I would like to thank Hilda at the corporate Metro PCS in Lynwood for her great customer service. She was very helpful and actually seem to give a dam. She even called me the next morning to follow up on my issue to see if it had been resolved. Although it had not been. I still appreciate her efforts. I have been a customer here for several years, I have bought several phones from this store. The only thing is that Jesse, the guy at the register is not polite or friendly, he seems to be bothered by his work, at least that is what I have seen and experienced the last couple of times that I have visited the store. Today 11/21/2020 I visited Metro store located at 3640 Imperial HWY , my phone screen is cracked and wanted to know if the problem could be fix or my second choice was going to buy me a new phone but OMG I was really in chocked of how rude the man name Damian ( a black /Latin man) he has no manners, he made me feel uneasy, i couldn't know if my phone could be fix nor buy me a new phone , I decided to just pay my bill and then another situation arises , I wanted to bypass my card pin and he ( almost screaming at me ) You have to put your pin or the machine won't process the payment, this machine doesn't work like that , I still press the green button and the payment went through, that was a very scary experience, believe me wow read more

I needed to change my SIM card for a new phone I bought elsewhere. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed; there was no line, and Juan was able to help me right away. We arrived to the store and a young guy said his computer was not working so he refered me and my husband to another customer service worker, we were refered to JOSE he was very helpful when we told him we wanted to switch our phone line to metro to upgrade to the 4 lines to get the $100 deal. We really appreciate that he took the time to switch it although it might of taken him a long time and didn't give up on looking for the code to do the switch and eventually ended up calling corporate to do the switch. We were pleased with his service and appreciate that the other guy refered him to us although I must say the other guy had said he had problems in the computer and JOSE had some technical difficulties and over came all that and made it happen. They weren't professional. I came in at 7:30 and a guy that checks in had time to help but didn't. Employees don't even know each other's name. And it's a corporate store I can't imagine if this is corporate how will the other stores will be. Very unprofessional not helpful at all they did not believe the issue that I have with my phone. The manager/supervisor is horrible. No customer service experience. So my poor mommy . Asked her how much was a case because she got it cheaper somewhere else her response was don't ask if you do not have intentions of buying or the money to do so. During the transaction my mother asked her if she could keep her glass screen her response is it always breaks you try if you want and tossed my mother the phone. BEWARE of initial hidden costs!! They dont explain everything. Customer service is not bad, but it could be better. By better i mean more honest hence the two star rating. My personal problem with this store, and i'm not sure if it applies to all MetroPCS locations, was that when i signed up for a plan with them they did not INFORM me of the additional initial costs of signing up with them. what happened to $30/month period? I signed up for the $30/month plan... and my next months plan is coming out to be $43.16. I purchased two phones on different days so each will be $43.16 come next month. I called customer service about this and they told me there is an additional cost so that a sales rep at the store can activate a new phone that i purchased with them. They did not ask or tell me about this charge. They did not ask or tell me whether if i wanted them to activate it or whether it was necessary for them to do it. On both occasion, the sales reps just immediate opened up my new phone and started activating it for me. I could have done this, I've done it many times, and i wouldn't have let them activate both phones for me if i knew there was an additional surcharge that i would be billed for next month. They didn't even offer to refund the amount I'm FORCED into paying, whether if I agreed with it, or an apology for misinforming me. I will continuously post this on other MetroPCS rating pages for different stores to inform any new customers so that at least they are aware of these hidden initial costs because this is not honest and deceitful. read more

They are not completely honest, Alejandra was rude she wasn't helpful her vocabulary was trashy very unprofessional I noticed every single bit. I didn't deserve to be treated the way I was treated,i was polite. I didn't appreciate the poor Customer service. read more
