So, while I've gone into a T-Mobile store about once in 30 months, I've had to go to this one, closest to where I live, multiple times. Generally, everyone is friendly and helpful, but not everyone is knowledgeable. Person I had to deal with while getting my new phone couldn't answer some basic questions (might he be new?)
