Although I've done several upgrades at the Summit location, I will no longer patronize that location/owner. Not only was I being charged $25 for a SIM card that already comes with the phone, I was told I was getting free accessories. This too came out to be false information. I paid for all the accessories I received. Conveniently, the printer was always broken which I find hard to believe, so I never received a receipt. I'm not sure if the employees are pocketing the extra money or not. Their actions are fraudulent and it's bad business. I've called customer service and there's not much that can be done at this point through them, however I will be contacting the corporate office because this is unacceptable.

Don't bother with a Nationwide company who treats your lawn the same way they do all others. Your lawn is different and it deserves a company that it is different! Then was asked what my zip code to which i reponded with my zip code and the question " Does your license depend on my zip (which sometimes happens) ." She provided many choices for urns and caskets as well as guidance on the amount of death certificates we may need. She made the difficult times as easy as they could be. My parents were buried out of state and Leslie found a great funeral home for me to work with in the other state as well as handling the transfer there. Angelo did a wonderful job with my mom! (Dad was cremated.) As for another comment about it being located in a sketchy part of town, I never once felt unsafe and thought the area was fine.

We were looking for a reliable retractable screen company that could install a high quality screen,…read moreand provide work that we could trust, at a reasonable price. Several of my friends who live at Valencia Bay and Valencia Sound recommended Resolute Retractable Screens and Shades in Delray. One is a long time customer who has been satisfied with the retractble awning and shades for the pateo and pool from Resolute as holding up well thru the years. I called 3 companies to get estimates and 2 of them gave me a 2 week long wait time window to even come out and have a look. David from Resolute was happy to come out the very next day. He had photos of his installations all over Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Boca. I was impressed with his knowledge and long experience. He understood exactly what was right for our pateo and recommended a retractable screen system for our house that would work best. He measured carefully, and gave me an estimate that was better than I expected. Best of all he quoted a completion time in just weeks, not months. Needless to say I'm a happy camper. David even showed us some great looking window treatments for our new home. The custom curtains and blinds offered by Resolute are really the best we've seen. They're next on my list. If you're looking for retractable screens or shades, David is the five star guy that you can trust.

The job was horrific: screens had seams across the entire width when their contract showed one panel dimensions. It said nothing about seaming. The owner of the company uses unlabeled screens so there is no way to know what he is providing. There is no warranty because he has to register the screens and he refuses to do so. Two of the housing are too short width wise and daylight comes through. The workers take shortcuts like not putting elbows on the wire conduit leaving the most vulnerable part exposed. He removed the controller to operate the screens from the property even though we paid for it and refuses to return it so we can't operate the screens. He abandoned the job without finishing. I can't include pictures of the huge ugly seams of the shades because he took the controller to operate the shades so they are in the canisters and cannot be used. The cutting work of his crew was very poor with wrong cuts being filled with caulking. He didn't use the correct length of screen even though it exists because he provided cheap screens that had to be seamed to make up the length. The owner misrepresented what he was contracted to do. He did not finish the electrical. He doesn't keep appointments. His prices are very high and there is no warranty because he does not register the product. Nothing is labeled so one has no idea what we bought. And the owner of the company is a bully! Could it get any worse?
