This is the worst T-Mobile I've ever been to in my life. I went to the store to get a new phone…read morebecause T-Mobile bought out Sprint and they acted like they didn't want to help me. First it was they only have one phone left. When I said I would take that then they said the computer was down that they use to transfer service. They had such a nasty attitude and the representatives were rude. The manager acted as if he didn't want to be there and kept walking in the back. The manager is not assertive and seemed like he was trying to avoid helping as well. I assumed they didn't know what to do because they gave me the run around. I went to the store on Francis Lewis in Hollis and they got me set up with a new phone in less than 15 minutes.

Chat tells you signing up for internet will only take 5 minutes but takes 1.5 hours and then doesn't follow through on promised discounts and overcharges by $25 a month. And then they say they can't help me because it's already been processed. So I go into the store just so I can actually have someone competent hopefully competent to speak with and luckily they had Damien who I think is the manager. Dude was very attentive and courteous to customers even though there were like 8 people he was trying to manage with a team of 3 at once. Only taking 1 star away because I had to come into the store to begin with because of Fios customer service's complete incompetence. I can't justify giving the company 5 stars for any reason.
